I would like to add that our very positive experience was a real let down when Mr. A. Putty made us feel bad about not getting the $3000.00 additional warranty.. raising his voice, writing on the paperwork that we declined coverage for a decade if anything breaks on our car, etc, emphasizing that the computer screen would cost us a minimum of 5000.00 and that labor is $179.00/hour!!! He made me feel like I should apologize for my BAD decision because almost everyone buys the extended warranty!!! Truthfully, I wanted to ask him if I had just purchased a bad car if he had no more faith in it than that!! It made me think he was all about commission, perhaps?? I would have appreciated a calmer presentation. Thank you More

We have bought 3 vehicles from Youngblood over the last 10 years and about to buy another. We are treated very fairly and have great salesmen, but the driving force that keeps us coming back is our Service 10 years and about to buy another. Took my car in for a simple oil change and left feeling taken advantage of. No matter what anyone says my simple oil change that takes the standard amount of oil should be no more than $70 (considering tru taken advantage of. No matter what anyone says my simple oil change that takes the standard amount of oil should be no more than $70 (considering trucks that take an extra liter of oil never cost more than $75 and thats pushing it) let alone above $100 and I left with a bill over $120 because someone how my labor charges were MORE EXPENSIVE than the parts and service. Being charged $60 in labor for a 45 minute oil change is absurd and unheard of. Tried to question what was being done and got blown off along with them acting like i was dumb and only repeating what i was already saying. Safe to say i will never be back and everyone i know will know not to either. Mostly disappointed because i was supposed to purchase a car from this location and i left more thankful i never did than anything. More
