Bobby Newton was able to work with me and my current level of income and put me in an affordable vehicle within 30 minutes! Like it is with any dealership, it can take a couple of hours to get on the road, but even with the insurance (I had been without a car and insurance for over two years), he was able to help me find affordable insurance as well! Our salesman "Bobby Newton" was a really nice personable guy with a great sense of humor. We actually had a lot of good laughs during the process of purchasing our first Nissan! I feel he went above and beyond the call of duty when he brought my car to me at my employment 35 miles away from Springfield! I have already recommended not only him but Youngblood also. What a disappointment I purchased a car at Youngblood in 2013, after two years with the car I went to a different dealership to trade it in to find out Youngblood sold me a I purchased a car at Youngblood in 2013, after two years with the car I went to a different dealership to trade it in to find out Youngblood sold me a car that was in an accident as certified and did not disclose it. I went to Youngblood to try to speak to one of the managers and this little bald guy came out with an attitude, acting like he was better than me and superior to anything in the world, what a pathetic being, a sales manager at a car dealership? Who do you think you are? A doctor I don't think so get out of your high horse, no education, no ethics apparently not humble at all, wanted to give me less than other dealerships for the car they sold me, barely apologized refused to let me speak to the general manager, now I have a car that is worth way less than it was supposed to be, no one at the dealership took responsibility for it and acted like it was not big deal. I would not reccomend Youngblood to anyone. More

I had a service contract that worked well until I moved to Springfield MO. I went in for my first oil change and they tried to hit me up for the micro filter. It was not too bad, but they did not realize they then had to replace it since my service contract covered it. They told me I needed a new battery terminal, took the car home and it took me more time to find my battery terminal cleaner than it took to clean the terminal. They over filled my tires to 60 PSI They claimed my tires were out of alignment 3 times in under 3000 miles of use. (Actually let them fix it twice). The last straw, they did a song and dance about how my windshield fluid may freeze and damage the tank or motor. Well shortly after that I tried to use the windshield fluid and it did not work. I thought something may have froze. Later to test things I tried to use it. I heard the fluid motor running when the engine was off. I put fluid in and still nothing. So I checked the line. Sure enough part of the line had been gouged out and the gouge was in the one place that sort of hid it where the line went under some metal. The only people that had ever been under the hood of that car from the time the windshield worked and did not work was me and their service department. I never took my car back and never will. I do not know if it is only one person, a team of people or the entire center. But I have had enough bad experiences there it really has to be more than one bad apple. Ended up going to a service center in Bentonville AR that this sight rated fairly well for my last maintenance service that was on the service contract. They did very well, did not push for anything. Much better experience. More

Good experience overall! We had a good overall experience from the Youngblood dealership. We purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima that we are happy with so far. Our salesman Will Champs was very courteous, helpful and was never pushy. We were there late trying to work out a deal and finally got it done. As usual the dealership made plenty of money on the deal and they came down a little off of the price to help me feel a little better about it. : ) Because of the friendly salesman, the friendly environment and the quality of the product I purchased I would definetly come back to Youngblood again. More
