Had a great experience purchasing my new Nissan Murano. I had been shopping around for a new vehicle for a few weeks and decided on the new Nissan Murano Platinum. I had used the service department in year I had been shopping around for a new vehicle for a few weeks and decided on the new Nissan Murano Platinum. I had used the service department in years past for my Chrysler and had always received excellent customer service so I knew that Youngblood was the place to go. I have to admit that I'm not the easiest customer to have to encounter, we all have that preconceived idea in our head that it's never a fun experience to go to a "dealership". I was fortunate to have Seth Evans as my sales specialist. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle features that I was interested in and understood that I wasn't wanting to spend hours at the dealership. All of the team members worked hard to make the numbers work out to where I was right where I wanted to be prior to walking in the door. Amanda Hubner who helped me finalize the paperwork was amazing at explaining all of my options. I thank you all for all of your hard work for "not the easiest customer in the world" I will definitely reccomend Youngblood Auto to anyone I know looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

And they always give you a list just maintenance that they offer and catagorize what’s going to need to be done eventually with pricing to give you an idea of what to expect. Needed a new transmission put in. I brought my 2014 Nissan Altima in due to concerns about the transmission. I had a hunch it was going to need to be completely replaced. I voiced my o I brought my 2014 Nissan Altima in due to concerns about the transmission. I had a hunch it was going to need to be completely replaced. I voiced my opinion, however, it appeared that the problem was just a part within the transmission. I was promptly given a loaner car, as the part would need to be ordered, and I went home. A week later, I received the call that my car was ready. Unfortunately, after driving 2 hours from my home to pick up my car, it would die on me upon putting it in drive. Turns out it wasn't just the one part that malfunctioned, and the whole transmission did, indeed, have to be replaced. I was, once again, given a loaner car, and I drove home to wait another long week. Then, finally, my car was finished, and in good working order. I am extremely happy with the friendliness of everyone I came across at the dealership, and I would recommend the fine service department, with the hardest-working, kindest gentleman I could hope to have taking care of my car. Always consider your client's hunches - maybe save them, and yourselves, time and effort. 😊 Thank you! More

Warranty Work, that's all I care about. Your Customer Relations are far & away the best out there. Leave this Crap of unneeded services to the 3rd rate dealerships. Oil change I've been several times for service and all I get is the run around ... they tell my car has a "ghost" and they cant figure out what is wrong with it.
