Excellent customer service. Very helpful employees. We just moved here from another state. All we had done was the required ID/OD check to get our license plates from Missouri. It did take awhile since the dealership was very busy. However, Chase was very helpful and we were made comfortable in the waiting room. We will be back for service in the future. More
If you don't mind giving your money away I purchased my 2 year old Nissan Rogue from Youngblood last Fall. I have had it into the shop twice for oil change, tire rotation with brake check and I purchased my 2 year old Nissan Rogue from Youngblood last Fall. I have had it into the shop twice for oil change, tire rotation with brake check and to top off the fluids. The first time was the day before a long road trip. As I got on the road, the Maintenance notification lit up saying I needed an oil change! I immediately found a Walmart and asked the service tech to check my oil. He said it looked like it had just been changed so he suggested the notification hadn't been reset and did it for me. This detour put me way behind schedule and did not make me happy. Yesterday, I again took my Rogue in for an oil change, tire rotation, fluid check and this time, since they do a complimentary washing, I asked if they could vacuum it also. I was assured that was no problem whatsoever. When I received my car back the front was vacuumed but not the back seat area nor the rear. Considering my bill was over $110 each time, I don't think I'm expecting too much for the service I was assured would be done. I was also told my battery was weak and given an estimate of $376.98 for all I had done today and battery replacement with my next visit. The battery would cost $204.95 alone. This service department is very high and I've used service departments for many years. I will not be giving them my business again unless I can't get a Nissan part anywhere else in the area. More

Wes Oldham is the man! I had a couple issues with a Nissan that I bought from a different dealership however I took it to Nissan Youngblood to get them fixed. He coordinated a mechanical repair along with a body repair that needed to be done at a different location he got all the parts in and got it approved by my warranty company.
