Extremely Disappointed I scheduled the appointment to have my oil changed and then have my car looked over bc the battery was giving me problems. I was told it would require I scheduled the appointment to have my oil changed and then have my car looked over bc the battery was giving me problems. I was told it would require a full day of service so I needed to have my car there by 8:30 am. I set it up with work to have someone pick me up and drop me off. I was called by Wes around 9:30 to tell me it was indeed the battery, but my tires and brake pads needed replaced. I told him only to do the battery at this time. He called me again at 11:20 to inform me my car would be ready in 30 min. When I picked it up at 1pm the oil had not been changed. I did not have the time to wait around- I have a young toddler and it’s hard to make arrangements for an hour long oil change. I also use my car for work which requires me to drive to 15 restaurants/min per day. I don’t have the time to be without my vehicle More
