They need to do a better job of finding a nicer place for their customers to wait. It has been this way for many years and they have not addressed the issue. Young blood is a huge car dealer in Springfield. They certainly have enough money to do better by their customers. I have to admit I felt like a second class car owner based on this hallway lounge. He answered all my questions, made sure the car had everything I wanted, and helped me make sure I knew everything before I drove away. He worked with me to get my payments where I needed them.
