I love Youngblood Nissan! The service department is very professional and friendly. I am always able to get my car in promptly with an appointment. My service advisor, Chase Wells, always goes over the esti professional and friendly. I am always able to get my car in promptly with an appointment. My service advisor, Chase Wells, always goes over the estimated cost with me before any work is done. He checks in with me during the process and is always very friendly. I never have the feeling that he is trying to “hard sell” Unwarranted service work. I also love that my car is cleaner when I leave then when I brought it in. There is always a thank you note on the dashboard and a complimentary bottle of cold water waiting when I check out. Those little personal touches mean a lot! More
