The dealership offers some reasonable car and trucks. A good deal can be had but much of the stock sits squarely above base msrp. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend the sales rep I worked with good deal can be had but much of the stock sits squarely above base msrp. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend the sales rep I worked with however there was another dealer in the stall next to where we sat that seemed pretty disrespectful/demeaning to the family he was helping. I guess the takeaway would be that the buyer must have a clear idea of what they want when working with any car dealership. More

Kris was our salesman: high information, low (no ) pressure. Would recommend him and Youngblood to friends. Only had car 2 days, so no experience with first service visit or follow-up. pressure. Always friendly and interested in being of assistance. Fast work, clear explanation of what was done. I do find it interesting that I MUST use at least 25 words to leave a review. I wish I could rate this dealership with 0 stars. My daughter tried to "purchase" her first car from Joe at the Used Division of Youngblood Motors. She received a loan approval by phone from Joe at 7:1 daughter tried to "purchase" her first car from Joe at the Used Division of Youngblood Motors. She received a loan approval by phone from Joe at 7:15 on a Tuesday evening. He was off on Wednesday so they agreed on an appointment time of 7:15 pm on Thursday. Thursday afternoon my daughter received a phone call from Joe stating they sold her car. How do you sell someone's car when they have approved financing that is arranged by the dealer? I heard the phone call Tuesday night, as my daughter had them on speaker phone, Joe said I will get the car off the lot, cleaned and have it ready for you on Thursday. Apparently, that did not happen. After the Tuesday night phone call ended, my daughter secured and paid for full coverage insurance for a car that she does not and now will not own. The only explanation we received from Joe "Mr. Youngblood's philosophy is a car is not sold until it leaves the lot". If Joe had communicated correctly with us on Tuesday evening, we could have run over there quickly and signed the papers and provided the insurance information. No one communicated “Mr. Youngblood’s philosophy with us. We did not hear I'm sorry this happened to you or let me help you find something else" Nothing to rectify the situation. There are too many car dealerships and cars for sale in the Springfield Metro to be treated this way. So today, we start over the car search and will find a dealership that will treat customers the way they should be treated. I hope this review reaches Joe and the sales manager. Thursday evening we left a voicemail for the sales manager as of noon on Friday no one from Youngblood has reached out to us. More
