Bought a 2013 Mitsubishi outlander sport, brand new. Sold me one with rust spots under paint which was a "contamination" in the paint from Mitsubishi. I at least went to the body shop 15 times for them to ju me one with rust spots under paint which was a "contamination" in the paint from Mitsubishi. I at least went to the body shop 15 times for them to just "look at it" and "take pictures" before they do work on it. They had my car then for a week to find out the week that it should of been painted they did nothing at all with my car. Finally they repaired my car with permission of Mitsubishi. Came back the paint job was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, paint on my windows, the unlock buttons on the passenger handle, even the inside of the doors are rough. I took it to them with this problem 6 months ago, and the rust spots came back AGAIN. Contacted Mitsubishi 2 times and got a case worker. Tom Masano is doing nothing for me, they are horrible in returning calls you have to call 3 times to get a call back. Not to mention I live 30 miles from this place and racking up miles and already have 16,000 miles on it since I got it in November of 2013...the lemon law only works if your 12 months or 12,000 so I'm totally screwed since they kept procrastinating and doing crappy work to my car. My first new car and I have this experience. I just want them to buy back my car so I can be done with Tom Masano and Mitsubishi alone. Horrible. More

I was looking to trade in my 2007 Jeep Commander for a reliable car that gets great gas mileage in order for me to save money. Chris Gassert called and told me they would try to get a deal done. He handed my case to Jonathan Richards, Finance Expert. Mr. Richards worked on my loan application and came up with a proposal that did not fit my parameter. He went back to the drawing board and cut a deal that suited my situation. Even though my case was not the easiest he continued to work on it to get it approved. I walked away with a 2013 Mitsubishi Lancer that gets 34 MPG highway miles which exceeded all my expectations. I would like to say thank you to both Chris Gassert and Jonathan Richards for their professionalism, support and overall civility toward my unique case.
