The price on the vehicle was below the listed value and it appeared to be a great deal, however living in the metropolitan DC area, I wanted to make sure the car was in good condition prior to traveling the 3 hours. Phil and Ashton responded to my inquiries quickly and in a detailed manner. They emailed pictures of the exterior and interior, commented on the condition of the vehicle and shared the Carfax. Based off of their information I secured the deal. Once getting the vehicle it was as described. The staff was courteous an d helpful. I would highly recommend Tom Masano Mitsubishi. The salesperson was ready and waiting for me when I arrived I found a car online that I really liked and scheduled an appointment to go in and see it. The salesperson was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. We took it for a test drive and then came back to evaluate how much money I could get for my trade-in. The numbers worked out well, but I was still on the fence after some minor negotiations. After they ran my credit, they let me take the car over night to decide if I really wanted it. In the meantime, they prepared all the paperwork, and I went back the next day to purchase it. More
