I walked in there and talked about having stems replaced I walked in there and talked about having stems replaced on two tires ..I was told the price for both tires was $325. So I opted to do one tire with the slow leak and deal with the other issue when I got home...When the final bill comes out it was $277 ...but the serviceman said he lowered it to 227... Which I was appreciated to get the $50 charge. But I was expecting to pay $150 for 1 tire,,which isn't even half of 325... Why the difference I don't know. I didn't get the quoted price in writing so I couldn't counter it..But I was very disappointed because I'm on social security and my money is tight. They were very friendly and I appreciated them for squeezing me in before I went out of town though..... More

Service writer was put in tuff spot was told my Kia Soul would need a new engine and Kia would replace it at no charge. Then several days later Kia would not back up the recall. So I’ll never buy or recomme would need a new engine and Kia would replace it at no charge. Then several days later Kia would not back up the recall. So I’ll never buy or recommend Kia again. Was not the dealers fault. Just extreme poor customer retention from Kia! More
