Hi Karen. I wanted to reach out to you regarding your visit with us. It sounds like a case of miscommunication. The $325 quoted price for repair of the two included a labor charge of 1 hour. There is a 1 hour charge whether you do one or two, etc. Of course the labor price would go up if it took more than 1 hour. But you are automatically going to have a $149.95 charge for the labor right up front. Then in addition to the labor, you were charged $58.35 for the parts involved for the repair on one (would have been double if you did both), plus there was a $13.50 shop supplies charge which is done as a percentage on every single repair order that goes through. This covers shop towels, misc. shop supplies as we do not include that in the parts prices. Plus sales tax of $5.82 for a total of $227.62 I am sorry you feel we were not clear on this as we always want our customers to be 100% satisfied. I was never ever told that the $150 was for labor only. That's a very important part to be told in advance, so that I wasn't shocked at the total afterwards.....
