Enjoyed even more Brad & the guys in your service shop, they took great care of my cars needs while it was being serviced, made Sure the repai forte. Made sure I was provided a loaner, and a complimentary car wash out the door, had my car looking good. This is exactly why I keep coming back (this is my 3rd purchase from them) no matter what door I walk into I know my needs will be met quickly. More
Extremely dissapointed and unsatisfied with the service I received here in springfield. I am traveling from Colorado. My check engine light came on. They washed my car and didn't charge me for a thing. I get to springfield, they want to charge me 150 for the diagnostic code. I gave them the paper. The first time I went in and they said they can fix it but they have no courtesy vehicles. The guy i was working with Brad said he will get me some coupons/discounts since its going to be an expensive fix around 3k. I say thank you. The next week I come in and drop my vehicle off they give me a rental and say its on them. Im thankful. I call later in the week for an update and leave a voice-mail. They never call me back. Finally I get a call after 2 long weeks and they say my car is ready. I go in. They are trying to have me pay for the rental, the guy I was working with just so happens to be on vacation. I tell them I'm not paying for it because they said they would take care of it and also help me with some coupons. The guy Nick is getting upset says thats not what Brad told him. He tries to call him and reluctantly gives me the rental for no cost. So I ask about the coupons and he says he just gave me the rental so he is not doing that. I ask when Brad is coming back and they said Monday so I said I will come back Monday, so i can talk with brad, and he strong arms me and says you can't leave with the rental. So he gives me no choice. I pay the thirty six hundred dollars and leave extremely upset and feeling like they were rude and don't even care about their customers, because this interaction left a bad taste in my mouth. I am a nurse and just worked 4 twelve hour shifts. Arguing with this guy took the last bit of emotional energy I had. If I could tell everyone in springfield to avoid this place i would. They are trying to charge you for anything and everything and don't care about who they run over in the process or what customers they lose. First time I was there I called multiples times with no call back. They left me on hold for more than 20 mins. It has been a huge headache since the moment I started dealing with them. Thank goodness I'm not from this area so hopefully I dont ever have to deal with them again. More
I came in for an oil change and inspection. Inspection results could have been explained slightly better. The man helping me did a good job walking me through the multi-point inspection form, but I was al results could have been explained slightly better. The man helping me did a good job walking me through the multi-point inspection form, but I was also given a wheel-alignment sheet informing me of excessive camber on my rear right tire. This was not mentioned to me. It would have been nice to have that mentioned and explained to me while I was there, so that I could get immediate advice and consultation on what to expect and what should be done. I also don't really know enough about cars to know how good of a job they did, I think they did a great job! We'll see if my car blows up or not. (Here's hoping not! 😂) More
