We had dropped the car off the night before, Nick called me at 745 am which was the only good thing that happened. He said the car had no warranty ,which isn't what i was told when i bought the car. I said that and he proceeded to get very angry and had a terrible attitude. Told me that they didn't have to do the recall nor did they have to work on our car. He acted like they have customers knocking down they're doors and they don't need us or anyone we know to do business there, He literally told me come pick up your car we don't have to work on your car. I said just do the recall warranty and get it done as nicely as i could. This is from a Dealership that we have bought 2 cars from and have sent people there and probably would have done further business with them . At his Request we will not do Business with a company that does not want our business. What concerns me is that the 2017 kia we bought new from them had an engine go bad and they have had the car since late July. They have given us a rental after almost 2 weeks of no vehicle when that started. Being as Nick is the service manager, can we trust our car really will be fixed and done right. A lot of questions and a lot was found out about kia service. They do not need your business , they do not want your business Go there if you want to be threatened and treated very poorly with a very threatening attitude by the Management More
