I appreciated the low pressure environment. No hard sell. They answered questions and looked up information. I was allowed to test drive the vehicle w/o a salesperson shotgunning. Being a single woman I worry about being lied to because I didn't have a man there to make the deal. Once I started working with DeWayne he made me fill at ease and answered all my questions about my trade I didn't have a man there to make the deal. Once I started working with DeWayne he made me fill at ease and answered all my questions about my trade in, the Sportage, pricing, and finance. Eric worked to get me to the price I could handle. That made me happy. I will definately send friends to those two guys. I love my Sportage!!! More
Ty, the salesman was very helpful and he never gaveup until he found us a car. I would recomend him to everyone. I purchased a 2002 Kia Sportage in 2002, drove it off the lot. In the last four and a half years I have had it in for service on over a dozen major problems, including: fuel leak, that took over a year to lot. In the last four and a half years I have had it in for service on over a dozen major problems, including: fuel leak, that took over a year to find and fix, my son and I inhaled gas fumes in the meantime; took it to an independent mechanic b/c the service dept. at Youngblood was so incompetent and condescending, for new brakes at 22,000 miles, there are 23,000 miles on those brakes and they are having problems; the clutch fan fell apart on the interstate; the sun visors broke off and John Youngblood refused to replace them b/c I had moved and didn't have the originals; currently the locks unlock by themselves, in park and drive, again, Youngblood will not repair; the 4wd will not engage and Youngblood will not repair---my vehicle is 4 1/2 years old w/45,000 miles, well within the five year/60,000 mile bumper to bumper warrenty. I've called Kia, I've spoken to every person and then some at Youngblood to no avail, Kia's are poorly made and the warrenty is a sales gimmick. Youngblood and his employees are difficult to work with, condescending and incompetent. More
