We looked at multiple dealerships before returning to Youngblood Kia. Their prices were great, sales people were helpful without high pressure, and they had a good inventory of selections. We did not intend to buy new because we never thought we could afford the monthly payment, but Rich was able to help show us that we were able to get into a new car. The overall experience with all the staff involved, including financing was great. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
I told TJ exactly what I was looking for and the price that I could afford. He went out of his way to not only meet my needs but ensure that I was completely happy with my purchase. Steve brought us bottle of waters prior to our test drive. During the purchasing process, TJ kept me completely informed. TJ delivered my vehicle to my place of business. He showed me the many features and answered all my questions. TJ suggested that I keep a pad and pen in the vehichle so that I could jot down any questions that I might have. This was the best experience in buying ANYTHING that I've ever had. I loved the fact that there was absolutely no pressure to buy. I had bought my previous car at this same dealership 9 years earlier. It was because of the quality of service which I received then that I came back to Kia Youngblood for my next vehicle. I hadn't even bothered going to another dealership. If you are looking for a vechile (new or used) I would highly recommend that you go see TJ at Kia Youngblood in Springfield, Missouri. More
My previous car had the lifetime oil change. I was greeted by Jeff as soon as I arrived for my last appointment. It was nice to see a smiling face as soon as I arrived. I gave him my name and informed him that I had an appointment. Jeff obtained all the required information from me and then asked if I would be requiring alternate vehicle or travel arrangements. I stated that I would just wait inside until the oil change had been completed. Jeff was very attentive and made sure that I was comfortable. I was especially impressed that he offered me a cold bottle of water. Whenever Jeff came to inform me that the oil change was almost complete, he pointed out that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced and there was corrosion on the battery terminals. He then asked if they could take care of these things for me while I was there. I must say that I have never been more impressed with a dealership. More
They were very friendly and most accomodating. Had a small issue with a purchase and they absolutey went out of their way to make things right on a used car I purchased. My Husband and I have traded several times this year, we knew that we were upside down on my car that we were going to trade but we wanted to trade anyway. I told our salesman TJ that I didn't like dealing with the middle man I wanted to speak with who called the shots. He was very helpful, he introduced me to the manager and he stayed by our side through the process while we negotiated the deal. Eric was the manager and even though he was very busy he still talked with us and was very helpful. We always expect a long day when trading vehicles but they tried to make it as pleasant and comfortable as possible. My car was clean when we got it and TJ made sure I knew how everything worked and answered all my questions before we left. The only problem we had was being there so long waiting on finance but that is part of trading we didn't leave until 8:30pm and had a 2 1/2 hour drive home but that was minor since everything else was so nice. After we got home with my new car about 3-4 days later TJ called to make sure everything was working properly and to make sure I didn't have any questions and to thanks us for our business. About 2 weeks after our purchase an owner Charles called to thank us also. Its nice for them to take time out of their day to say Thank You. By far the Youngblood Kia dealership had some of the nicest people to deal with and as many times as we trade thats worth a lot! More
We had an overall good experience at Youngblood Kia. I would suggest buying a car during the week when they are not as busy though. Weekends are busier and the process takes a lot longer! When it's time to sign paperwork, that process took 3 hours! Be wary of extended warranties... we got suckered into one and I wish we could cancel it. We ended up buying a new car warranty on a used car with 36,000 miles. So, basically, when we drove our car off the lot, we had already used up 36,000 miles and 2 years of our warranty which covered 7 years or 100,000 miles. We feel that we got ripped off. We didn't realize it at the time. The Kia service department is great. More
I had a 2010 Hyunadai Accent 5 speed transmission, and I was wanting to trade for an automatic. Jeremy went above and beyond helping me find a car. In fact the finance department went above and beyond to make my trade in work. I got a 2010 Nissan Sentra and it is more car than I imagined getting, thanks to their hard work. Jeremy was the perfect salesman. He wasn't pushy or in my face, he actually cared about what I was looking for or needed, and I would go back to him in a heartbeat. In fact I know a couple of co-workers looking for a car, and I will be sending them his way. The whole experience was great, and they kept apologizing for how long it was taking (dealing with the bank). Jeremy also offered to get lunch if I wanted because of the length of time it was taking. Never once did he pressure me and he really took the time to explain everything about the car. Great job!! More

Juan made sure i got the most out of my test drive and encouraged me to take the car on the highway instead of a pre-planned course that barely allows you to see how well the car performs. I didn't feel pressured at all by Juan or any other people on the sales staff. When i made the decision to buy the car being a first time car buyer Juan and the others were very informative and helpful in the process and tried to make all the paperwork as easy and understandable as possible. After buying Juan went the extra mile and made sure my car was parked safely away in the back until i could pick it up tomorrow and had it detailed and made sure it was vacuumed out for me the next day. HIGHLY Recommended salesperson and very highly recommended dealership, very happy with my buying experience and very happy with my new Kia! More
This was the 5th dealership we visited when looking for a car replacement following the wreckage of my car when someone rear-ended me. Most of the dealers were very interested and went to great lengths to help us locate something that would meet our needs but again nothing seemed "right", you know that feeling that you can say, "now this is the right car". One dealership didn't even come out to greet us while we took much time in reviewing their lot of cars. However I must admit it was raining that day. I liked the no pressure but being available for questions and the professionalism that Jeremy Hall displayed. He was caring, insightful, a great listener and lead us in a direction I never dreamed could/would happen which was considering a NEW car. I have never purchased a new car in my life so needless to say, it was a special time for me. The Advisors all stayed without complaining to help finalize our purchase. They were all very friendly and you felt that they enjoyed their job. There are 2 things I wished came with my car and really can't imagine it not being included and they are: spare tire instead of a repair kit and a pull curtain to cover the back "trunk" area. My previous cars had both. thank you. More
