I contacted Steve Ross online. He promptely called me to give me the infromation requested. By e-mails we were able to establish my requirements for a new vehicle, get a ball park figure on price, and subm give me the infromation requested. By phone I made an appointment to meet with Steve at the dealership on 4/11/12. This meeting resulted in my wife and I selecting a Kia Serento we would purchase. However, because the color my wife requested was not available at this dealership, Steve and another gentleman through dealer bata base, found what we wanted in Kansas City. With a handshake, we commited to the purchase. We returned on 4/13/12 to see the car for the first time. We were pleasantly suprise that this vehicle suprassed our expectations. We completed the transaction with Mr. Drew and are very happy in all regards. My wife and I feel that Steve Ross could not have treated us any more politely or courteously. It was very refreshing to have met and dealt with this young Christian man. Based on our experience with Steve, we believe he is an outstanding and honest representive of the Youngblood dealership. I was in a tough situation after a rear end collision left my car totaled. To make matters worse, I had a not so impressive credit score.
