Service work on used Silverado Bought a used Silverado as a backup vehicle. Bought extended warranty, drove it less than 500 miles, service engine light came on, along with turning ignition key sometimes it would start on first or second try, most times many more times until the starter engaged. Took it to used vehicle department for service, 2 weeks later my neighbor picked it up as I'm out of town most of the time. Tonight I got home, tried to start it, it took about 40-50 tries to get it started. Finally it started, I moved it, shut it off and haven't been able to start it again after trying to start it about 100 times. More

We went to several different dealerships but I knew I wanted to go to Kia to look at a Niro. I liked it but it had no rebates on it. Darwin was the salesman that came to help us out. He let us test drive the Niro but knew what price range we were trying to stay in. So, he showed us how roomy the Optima was and I test drove it and we loved it! Thanks, Darwin! More
Decent There were a few frustrations and I spent all day here even though that's sometimes expected I wish it could of been even a few hours shorter. He asked if there was a particular car that I was interested in and he showed all the options available. He told us about all the benefits of the car. He never once was pushy! So helpful! By chance emergent situation brought me waiting in the service dept for several hours. Darwin came over and offered to go get the SUV from Ozark. My husband was coming through town later that afternoon, so we stranded for him to see it? While I traveled on my journey all fixed up by Youngblood Nissan. The Lexus RX450h is a great used SUV, because of that there are not many in inventory regionally. Darwin quickly and efficiently got me set up for a Monday pick up and meeting with Sean. They were both personable and believable. Of course we all want a awesome deal, I feel I made a good deal and made smart decisions purchasing the extended warranty because this is such a highly technical vehicle. I appreciate the care as well as the employees commitment to their owner. They were extremely complimentary of their management and ownership teams. Being from Columbia I will spread the word about my positive experience. Only thing that would have been better if I wouldn't have had to pay for fixing my car!! More
