You are absolutely correct – we not only dropped the ball on your initial service appointment, but after speaking with you about trying to regain your trust, we missed our deadline again that evening! It seems everything that could go wrong did. Again, my sincerest apologies! I whole-heartedly agree that accurate and timely communication is among the most important priorities for customers. While we can’t always prevent unexpected delays, we CAN and intend to keep customers updated throughout the process. Clearly we missed the mark in this case, but please know we are working diligently to instill a regimen of continuous customer communication.
