How many times do I have to write this to get thriugh So I wrote a review about my 2017 kia sportage air conditioner blowing warm air sometimes cool but never cold!!! Been back this week sept 1 , 2017 again and lied to me been done at 5 it was 515. First time they had it all day still 545 pm before I got car back from shop ... still not working !!!!! So called back. Well keep us informed .. Really that is all you can say ... Thanks guys.. Then in conversation they happen to say kia corporate and designers know there is a flaw , so youngblood sold me a lemon of a car... Well consumers read this and please do not go to kia youngblood . They never call back , lie to you and never take you serious .. Looks like roper kia in Joplin just got my business. The rating is so low at Springfield they don't deserve a star for poor!!!!!!!! More

It was quite simply an act of kindness I was in the market for a second car and didn't know where to go, I'd tried several of the local dealers and every time I felt pressured into going pa I was in the market for a second car and didn't know where to go, I'd tried several of the local dealers and every time I felt pressured into going past my budget. Then I walked into Youngblood and met Eric. From the beginning he actually listened to me, he even helped me to understand the difference between my needs and my wants. Today I have a second car that I can afford so my wife and I don't have to carpool or prioritize our day and try and decide which one of us is going to be taking the bus. And the car we got's a beauty. It's a little SUV that my wife just loves. When I think of her driving it instead of taking the bus my brain just goes all rainbows and unicorns. Thanks Eric. More

When we were unable to find exactly what we wanted on their ,lot they were determined to help us locate the Kia we were after at another Kia dealer. We will get it tomorrow. The whole experience was genuine, comfortable, honest - from our initial visit to the closing with the finance manager, Sean. Totally satisfied from our arrival on the lot to personal communications about ourselves and the salesmen's own personal stories. How comforting and genuine that was.
