Nothing was what I expected. Keith in sales had me in the car I wanted In an hour. Signed sealed and delivered. The process was painless and very pleasant. I love my Hyundai and I wouldn't shop anywhere else. This week I had a leak. So I called service. They made Everything just as easy. AJ called me, explained the problem and had my car ready in no time. Pick Up was a breeze and everyone genuinely seemed to enjoy their position there. The team was ab From the very beginning when Chad remembered my name as I approached the counter I was feeling good about getting my Sonata serviced. The team was able to locate a simple but difficult to find guage malfunction and repair the issue without aditional cost. I am starting consider a new car purchase and feel very comfoirtable that Springfield Hyundai will get my business. Mellissa has been very proactive in putting together proposal numbers based on my requirements. I'm confident this will enable the sales/trade-in process to be a smooth experience for everyone. More
I will never take my car to Springfield Hyundai for service! My Wife had the power lift-gate of our 2012 Hyundai Veracruz open automatically while traveling on the interstate. This has happened twice on us as we My Wife had the power lift-gate of our 2012 Hyundai Veracruz open automatically while traveling on the interstate. This has happened twice on us as well as the lift-gate not being able to close by itself. So in the interest of safety we turned the manual override switch in the glove compartment to the off position. Who want to have a lift gate that open on it own...right!!! So to make a long story short we gave it to Springfield Hyundai. They had the car for two days only to tell us the manual over switch was set to off and that is why it wasn't working. The funny thing is we told them that we put the switch in the off position because of the safety issues. So please take this as a warning that if your car is in for service at Springfield Hyundai,make sure the service was done and they didn't take the lazy way out. More

I often share my customer service experience with my students, and will definitely use this as an example. AJ Henry was very personable, knowledgable, and considerate. My discussion with Steve Mountes was disappointing and lacked any personal consideration for my concerns. I am overall very surprised with the way all of this was managed, and I don't believe anything was attempted to appease a valued customer. In an economy that offers a multitude of options in the arena of car care/maintenance, it is my humble opinion that excellent customer service is only thing that will stand above the others and maintain a loyal customer relationship. More

Before going in for service I tried numerous times to use my dealership internet connection to schedule a date and time. System wouldn't allow. I've used the internet scheduler since purchasing my car in 2 my dealership internet connection to schedule a date and time. System wouldn't allow. I've used the internet scheduler since purchasing my car in 2008 so I was very frustrated with this new limitation. I tried but never did get an explanation why I was locked out. Without an appointment, Friday, 9/27 I went in for oil change & 108,000 mile service. Service department did not hesitate to accommodate me. It was necessary to leave car overnight. "AJ" graciously arranged a rental for me. I returned next morning the 28th for my car. I noticed after I arrived home that service neglected to install next oil change reminder on windshield. I called back, left a message for Steve Mountes, Service Director. Sunday the 29th upon initial startup I noticed a lifter tapping and rough idle. Monday, the 30th Steve returned my call regarding oil change sticker said they'd send one by mail. Steve had sent an email to rate my most recent service so I used that to report the concerns with my car and request return service the next Saturday, 10/3. Steve responded I needed to come in during week to have noise checked. I returned Friday 10/4. Again I was pleased. I waited while my car was checked out. "AJ" provided a detailed explanation of their findings as well as intelligent advice/recommedation how I should proceed. I appreciate the quality service I always receive a Springfield Hyundai Service Department and that I know I can trust them. My only complaint is the internet service scheduler is no longer working for me. More
