Was told my car was fixed and was not!! So I am having a problem with my car where it keeps stalling out so I brought it to Hyundai and they had it a few days and told me it was fixed and pa So I am having a problem with my car where it keeps stalling out so I brought it to Hyundai and they had it a few days and told me it was fixed and paid them $190, the next day my car broke down again so I had them check it out again for another week and was told it was fine, I was able to drive it home then the next day it broke down same way as before. So then I call them asking for my money back and am told to come in Monday for a check and when I came in they refused to give me my money back. Horrible mechanics and even worse management!! AJ Henry is the assistant service manager and did not help me one bit! More

Just had a repair Thank you Springfield Hyundai and your Service Staff. The drive shaft was replaced and now I feel safe traveling to Central PA next week. I also asked Thank you Springfield Hyundai and your Service Staff. The drive shaft was replaced and now I feel safe traveling to Central PA next week. I also asked to have the alternator belt replaced and Christa was able to get that completed on the same day. More

Terrible service Made an appointment for my vehicle for 11:30am told the Service dept I have a 2nd job to be at by 4:00pm, my car was not looked at until 2:30pm, and n Made an appointment for my vehicle for 11:30am told the Service dept I have a 2nd job to be at by 4:00pm, my car was not looked at until 2:30pm, and now at 3pm still no answers. Chad informed me that making an appointment only insures your vehicle will be seen that day, doesn't not mean at that specific time. Customer service is terrible. Will never return to Springfield Hyundai. More

Minor body work needed About 3 months ago, I purchased a 2015 Sonata Sport Coupe from Springfield Hyundai. I like the vehicle a lot. I had a bizarre accident when I took a r About 3 months ago, I purchased a 2015 Sonata Sport Coupe from Springfield Hyundai. I like the vehicle a lot. I had a bizarre accident when I took a right hand turn into a shopping center on Bustleton Avenue in Southampton. The car sort of jumped into the curb with a bang. There was damage to the right front wheel and the lower body in front of the wheel. The dealership took care of everything for me. I worked with Chad Condon who arranged for a company to repair the wheel and a body shop to refinish the scrape. He also arranged for a rental car for the days needed. The price was reasonable, and the work done so well that it looks like new. I am very pleased with the service I received. More

Good experience In the past few days I had the opportunity to deal with a good group of people at Springfield Hyundai. First speaking with AJ Henry on the phone and In the past few days I had the opportunity to deal with a good group of people at Springfield Hyundai. First speaking with AJ Henry on the phone and then working with him to the end with getting my windows fixed, in a rental car and even getting a ride from Joe to the train station. AJ won me back as a customer. When I first reviewed AJ back in February 2015, I was very disappointed, but this last experience was a pleasure. Everyone in the service department were very polite and helpful and courtesy. AJ I give you a 4 star rating this time, and overall 5 stars to Hyundai. My rental was there within 15 minutes and that was even better experience then last. Thank you. More
