This decision was made by the Service Department Manager, at Springfield Hyundai, but Michael stepped in on my behalf and coordinated with the regional Hyundai office to get it covered at no cost to me. I really appreciate the customer service that Michael has always given me. He truly attempts to solve a customers problems and provide excellent customer service. More

Was told my car was fixed and was not!! So I am having a problem with my car where it keeps stalling out so I brought it to Hyundai and they had it a few days and told me it was fixed and pa So I am having a problem with my car where it keeps stalling out so I brought it to Hyundai and they had it a few days and told me it was fixed and paid them $190, the next day my car broke down again so I had them check it out again for another week and was told it was fine, I was able to drive it home then the next day it broke down same way as before. So then I call them asking for my money back and am told to come in Monday for a check and when I came in they refused to give me my money back. Horrible mechanics and even worse management!! AJ Henry is the assistant service manager and did not help me one bit! More
Just had a repair Thank you Springfield Hyundai and your Service Staff. The drive shaft was replaced and now I feel safe traveling to Central PA next week. Terrible service Made an appointment for my vehicle for 11:30am told the Service dept I have a 2nd job to be at by 4:00pm, my car was not looked at until 2:30pm, and n Made an appointment for my vehicle for 11:30am told the Service dept I have a 2nd job to be at by 4:00pm, my car was not looked at until 2:30pm, and now at 3pm still no answers. Chad informed me that making an appointment only insures your vehicle will be seen that day, doesn't not mean at that specific time. Customer service is terrible. Will never return to Springfield Hyundai. More
