I will never take my car to Springfield Hyundai for service! My Wife had the power lift-gate of our 2012 Hyundai Veracruz open automatically while traveling on the interstate. This has happened twice on us as we My Wife had the power lift-gate of our 2012 Hyundai Veracruz open automatically while traveling on the interstate. This has happened twice on us as well as the lift-gate not being able to close by itself. So in the interest of safety we turned the manual override switch in the glove compartment to the off position. Who want to have a lift gate that open on it own...right!!! So to make a long story short we gave it to Springfield Hyundai. They had the car for two days only to tell us the manual over switch was set to off and that is why it wasn't working. The funny thing is we told them that we put the switch in the off position because of the safety issues. So please take this as a warning that if your car is in for service at Springfield Hyundai,make sure the service was done and they didn't take the lazy way out. More

He showed us all the features and compared the car with others there so we could see the differences and make ain't informed decision. Once we decided, he suggested a test drive. Afterward, while completing the sale, he gave us time alone to discuss the financials etc. he was so polite and fun! We left with all the info we needed, did a little more comparing next day and came back that night to seal the deal. I'd recommend John to anyone that is looking for a car. This was almost too easy.
