We were both very impressed with the overall dealership, starting with Alyssa's contact emails, but we were really impressed with Curtis' above and beyond customer service , courtesy, attention to detail, and ability to dispel all preconceived poor connotations about "car salesmen". He exceeded our expectations and got us the car we needed at a price we could afford without any back and forth "mysterious negotiations". We are very pleased with our 2015 Sonata and looking forward to saying that we can't wait to come back again to lease or perhaps purchase a new one in a couple of years. Thank you. More

Great experience I had a great experience with the Hyundai dealership in Springfield, PA. Following up on a phone call with the dealer, Michelle, I drove two hours to I had a great experience with the Hyundai dealership in Springfield, PA. Following up on a phone call with the dealer, Michelle, I drove two hours to see the car. As I felt very comfortable with the service and the quality of the car, I signed the purchase agreement that day. I still had to drive 2 hours the next weekend to pick up the car, but given my previous experience with dealers in MD area, I preferred to do that than purchasing a car from MD area dealers. I felt that the cars are well taken care of, and they provided me with friendly and high quality service. Only thanks to Michelle, I purchased a brand new 2015 car instead of a used one, which was still within my budget. I highly recommend this dealer. More
Great hard working friendly people! I needed a new car and fast! A car I was financing from another local dealership was on its last leg and I was upside down in it. But the team at Springfield Hyundai did everything to make this process as easy as possible. Even with my trade givin me more than I ever expected! The dedication of Michelle and her timely responses whenever I had a question is what really made me choose to purchase my vehicle. Then Alark's dedication to finding me a bank that worked for my budget and getting me a great rate as well. Then I can't forget my salesman Steve... I bought a car a few years back from him he was great then and he was even more amazing now! A true vet in the car business he doesn't xx you and does everything in his power to make this a seemingly painless process. The hospitality is one I have never experienced before from a dealership. While my car was getting ready for delivery they knew I had prior engagements and allowed me to take one of their certified vehicles (a 2013 Hyundai Elantra) which ran as great as any brand new car I have ever driven. They even offered my son pizza while we were finising everything up. Who does that? It wasn't for the customers this was this employees lunch and when my 3 year old saw him with it as he was on his way out the door he gave his pizza to him without hesitation. The hospitality, the atmosphere, the dedication from not just sales but the management team, and supporting staff is the best I have ever experienced. I am glad to be part of the Springfield Hyundai family and would recommend anyone looking for a car to go to these guys. You won't feel like another customer or just a commission check. They make you feel as though you're apart of their family, and that's because you are. Thank you guys for an amazing experience you have truly given me an everlasting impression of the way the car business should work and what great customer service looks like. More
Curtis went the extra mile I had a great experience. Everyone involved were tremendous in helping me find the right rate for me and my new car. The showroom closed at 5 o'clock I had a great experience. Everyone involved were tremendous in helping me find the right rate for me and my new car. The showroom closed at 5 o'clock on Saturday but they stayed almost 3 hrs after to make sure I left with my 2014 Hyundai Accent. Their professionalism and friendliness never wavered.
