quality service I live in Northeast Philadelphia where this dealership first started. Poor Service Department My first trip to the service department was for an oil change. They told me it would only take 45 minutes, I waited in the lobby for 4 hours, with an My first trip to the service department was for an oil change. They told me it would only take 45 minutes, I waited in the lobby for 4 hours, with an infant!! If I was told in advance it would take that long, I would not have stayed. Never once did I receive an apology for the wait. My second trip I was charged $57 for them to change a light bulb. When I expessed my dismay, no one cared. More
