GM Chris at Springfield Hyundai emailed and texted that they wanted to buy our 2009 Elantra. Arrived for the inspection visit and Curtis was assigned to me. Long story short they declined to buy the car citing "$3000 in damages" that were "more than the car is worth". The car was exclusively serviced at Springfield Hyundai since 2011 and long had a right rear panel dent when inspected there in 2020, 2021, and 2022. This certainly would have been in the service records if for no other reason to absolve the service department of any blame. Instead of the elderly owner getting a fair and competitive price for her car she learned that it had no value. Quite a change from the July 2022 inspection when the comment was, "Your car is in great mechanical shape for its age!" Incredibly disappointed and a good business relationship was ruined. If a car's age and known body condition made it ineligible for purchase why keep asking if it is for sale? Nobody should have had an experience like that. More

My started smoking so I brought it in to be seen to find out what was wrong. This man out of nowhere said GET THAT S####out here it stinks. Service department is the worse. They give you no update on your vehicle. You purchase a vehicle from them with 3 year maintenance, come to find out strictly oil change, everything They give you no update on your vehicle. You purchase a vehicle from them with 3 year maintenance, come to find out strictly oil change, everything else you are responsible for. Worse mistake I did was leave Toyota for Hyundai. Toyota gives you updates every time your car went in for service. And when Toyota gives you, I believe 2 year maintenance that includes everything filters change, tap off all fluid, rotate tires. These goobers at Hyundai charged me over $300. and only 2 years into me buying my car. Went to Toyota to trade my Hyundai in, but everything is on back order, decided to try Volkswagen and left with one of a 2022 Taos. Hyundai I really would not recommend them. More

I have leased my last 5 or 6 cars from Springfield Hyundai. I work with Tim on two of the leases and now I just purchased my most recent car 2022 Sanfa Fe Limited. Tim was patient and took the time to answer all my questions. Never try to sell me something I didn't want or need. I've never felt rushed or pressured this is why would highly recommend Tim and the Springfield Hyundai to everyone. I will be back to buy my next car when the time comes. Steve More
BEWARE! Bought an IONIQ 5 from them and it’s a horrible experience. They added $2k worth of dealer add ons which included Perma-plate coating, door edge prot Bought an IONIQ 5 from them and it’s a horrible experience. They added $2k worth of dealer add ons which included Perma-plate coating, door edge protectors, and pin stripes. When I saw the car in person, the door edge protectors was not installed nor the pin stripes but the salesman (Gardner) assured me that the Perma-plate protective coating was installed. Negotiated the price down by $1k but still paid $1k over MSRP. A few weeks of ownership later when the car start to get some dirt grime that when I see signs that there were not protective coating on the car at all. The paint on the rear bumper has these marks which is an easy sign that there coating on it and the paint was no long smooth/slippery to the touch. I was very irritated and called up the sale manager (Alark Patel) and wanted a refund of this Perma-plate coating and of course he refused. He offered reapply this coat, but I feel I was scammed by them. They charged me a for an unwanted, overpriced wax job that was not even on to the car, and now they want me to take a day off work and bring them the car for them to fix their mistake? More
Cheryl is and absolute pleasure to do business with.
