I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy from Springfield Hyundai and had a great experience. I spent a few months speaking with Keith Sharon about the pricing of different trim levels and found Springfield Hyundai and had a great experience. I spent a few months speaking with Keith Sharon about the pricing of different trim levels and found him very responsive. Keith was also very transparent from the beginning that given demand for the vehicle there wasn't room to move on the price. Keith was also transparent that going to CarMax would be the best bet for a trade in on my other vehicle after the quote from Springfield Hyundai was considerably lower. I was a little shocked that the dealership charges a $450 doc fee, which after some research I learned is the same as other dealerships in the area. Gardner Civil delivered the vehicle to us on Keith's day off and I was truly impressed with the way he treated my wife and I and the amount of detail he went into when explaining the features of the vehicle to us. Danielle Bizzari was very transparent and not "salesy" at all in the finance office and made the process extremely easy. Overall a great expereince. The only complaint I have is the price I paid, but ultimately that is more a product of the market than the dealership. More
