We initially met Tim as we were just car shopping, looking at options. He spent the time with us and was attentive to the things we wanted in a car as a family of 4. After visiting with Springfield Hyundai, we ventured to Toyota, but the customer service experience was just not the same. So, we immediately got back into contact with Tim, and I am glad we did. He made the seemingly mundane experience of filling out paperwork enjoyable. He was thorough and always checked in with us. He spent the time finding the exact color and model we wanted, and quickly got back to us.
