Brought vehicle in for recall for stop lamp switch. When picked up my SUV, there was a large nut laying on my driver side floor mat. Took it back into the dealership and service manager told me it just prob picked up my SUV, there was a large nut laying on my driver side floor mat. Took it back into the dealership and service manager told me it just probably fell out of the pocket of service technician. Now does not make me feel comfortable that they performed service properly. Have also not been happy in past when brought vehicle in for different safety recall, and service department tried to upsell me on unnecessary fluid replacement when that was performed. Also did not properly tighten tension on seat belts on that visit while vehicle still covered under warranty. More
Although I was warned that I might need to wait an hour or an hour and a half for my car inspection, Lemans told me after about 80 minutes of waiting that I'd passed inspection, but that he needed my owner or an hour and a half for my car inspection, Lemans told me after about 80 minutes of waiting that I'd passed inspection, but that he needed my owner's card and registration, which was fine, but I wondered why he hadn't asked me that when I first went to him, prior to inspection. After waiting another half an hour, I asked him what was taking so long, since they just needed to copy my documentation. He said he'd check. He came back after five minutes or more and said that "the computer was down and that it would take another 20 minutes." I said that I understood, but he came back 15 minutes later to tell me that my rear tire had a puncture and asked if I wanted it fixed for an additional $20. Obviously I didn't want to drive home with a flat, so I said yes. Then I asked him why I wasn't told this over an hour ago, since I had to wait an additional 20 or more minutes. I was there for over two full hours. Since I hate waiting long periods of time, I'll most likely go to a nearby auto repair shop next time, so I can walk there and back home easily, so waiting won't be an issue. I wouldn't describe that as good service, frankly. It's mediocre at best. But Levans was pleasant. More
I was an owner of a Hyundai Elantra some years ago and was very happy with that car. I went Chevy and decided to come back to Hyundai. My sales person was Cheryl Hinton. She took the time to show me what was very happy with that car. I went Chevy and decided to come back to Hyundai. My sales person was Cheryl Hinton. She took the time to show me what was available. I purchased the Tuscan and found that this vehicle was not suitable for my family. My mother is 92 and had difficulty getting in and out of this car., I went back and explained to Cheryl the problems I was having and she said no problem and showed me the Sonota. I thought I was stuck with the Tuscan but Cheryl assured me that it would be able to trade the truck in after 3 months for a car. The Sonota is the best fit for my family. I am grateful that I was forced to keep a car that was not suitable for my family. The car is very stylish and drives well. I love it. Cheryl knew just what car to show me and I was very happy from the start. Cheryl contacted mes several times after I purchased the car to see if everything was ok. She showed me how to use the features without me reading the manual. She is a great sales person. I went for my first oil change and the process was a breeze. a gentleman approached me, told me where to go and the rest was a breeze. The guys in service were friendly. I visited the parts department and received info on all the accessories that are available for my car. Thanks More
Great experience! Never treated so well at a dealership service in the past. I will definitely consider using Springfield Hyundai dealership instead of a local garage for future service. service in the past. I came to Springfield Hyundai because I had an appointment to get the recall on my 2009 Hyundai Elantra fixed and my car was "jerking" into gear. As I pulled up to the service area, Cindy Maitlan appointment to get the recall on my 2009 Hyundai Elantra fixed and my car was "jerking" into gear. As I pulled up to the service area, Cindy Maitland greeted me and asked if I would consider trading my car for a new Elantra. I was really reluctant to even consider trying to get a loan because my credit is not the best. However, a new car sounded really nice! Cindy took me into her office and went over several options with me. She was very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to meet my needs. She then had me talk to Gary Segal who did the financing and worked wonders for me! He also was very friendly and professional and went over all my options in detail. After papers were signed, Cindy even came out with me and helped me clean out my old car! Before I left, I was even greeted by Chris, the General Manager, who shook my hand, congratulated me on my new car, and asked me if my experience had been satisfactory! It was an amazing experience and by the time I had left, I felt like I made new friends! I left driving a brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra and I couldn't be happier! The car drives so smoothly and I love all the features....especially the Blue tooth! I would highly recommend Springfield Hyundai to my friends and family or anyone else looking for a great new vehicle! More

We had great service from Keith in buying a used 2004 Dodge Dakota, but everything else has been a nightmare. First of, it's nearly impossible to get a hold of the right people. Whoever answers the phone Dodge Dakota, but everything else has been a nightmare. First of, it's nearly impossible to get a hold of the right people. Whoever answers the phone, IF they actually answer, transfers you continuously to god knows who until you get disconnected. We were also told several times that they will have someone call us back and that they "will personally walk the contact information over" and of course that's absolute horse crap. No one knows who is in charge of what so if you do not have a specific contact, then good frickin luck. The service/repair people said that they fixed things that were actually not done. And then when we point this out they would flat out lie and say that they never said that. Horrible horrible customer service. For once, it was the sales department that actually did their job. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Ignorance runs too rampant. More
