We are big on good customer service and after stopping by one Thursday evening and meeting Curtis Wilson, we knew we would be returning Saturday when we had time to test drive vehicles. Curtis was very knowledgable about all of the vehicles we were interested In and showed us some others for our consideration. He was patient with me after I narrowed down my choices to two vehicles and wanted to drive each one twice. He didn't even mind when I vacillated between color combinations. The process of buying the car was easier than we anticipated! We were given options for both buying and leasing. All of our questions were answered and we did no feel pressured. We will tell our friends about the great service we received at Springfield Hyundai and recommend they seek out Curtis. More

I was in for a recall for a switch replacement.WhenI got there I was told I did not have are call but I had a recall for fuel. I left and got thinking about it and was concerned for my safety and others. there I was told I did not have are call but I had a recall for fuel. The girl that answered kept saying " hello" I answered her and she hung up on me. I called back asked for Cindy again and asked her to please not to hang up on me again , she did. I called an asked to speak to the Service mgr. He asked what my problem was? I proceeded to explain all the above to him. He(Steve) got loud and informed me that I got my recall. Not the recall I was there for, I knew nothing about any fuel recall Never heard of a FUEL RECALL.Rebate maybe? All I wanted to get it straight about the recall for the switch. One person says yes another says no. The rudeness escalated. I replied tha I could take this beyond him He yelled for me to take it to"God" because he Did NOT CARE!!!!!!!!! Steve said for me to call his boss and started giving me the 800 #. He also stated that this time the customer was WRONG. I never in all my life ever was treated with such rudeness. This person really needs manager skills and anger management classes. Just remember word of mouth is more carries more weight than any scale. I was very disappointed in how this was handled . I also spoke with Michelle on Saturday , the18th. She said I would get a call from Chris, GM NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. Must still be with a customer, that was the excuse I got when asked to speak with him. As a service mgr all Steve had to do was run the VIN # and my question would have been answered. Needless to say I lost time at work for nothing. Now you know why I would never recommend or use your facility again. Thak you,Steve. Sue Klein More
I bought a 2013 brand new hyundai elantra on April 27th. I went in with my dad to just see if I could trade in my parents car for my own and decided to purchase that day. Everything was good, Curtis the salesman was a nice guy and helpful, and Chris the general manager helped out a bit. everyone was accommodating and helpful, until now. I have barely owned this car for 3 weeks and when I say barely I mean I've had a rental twice and I'm well known in the service department. With that said though the service department is wonderful and so helpful! Stacy and Chad are great. My tire pressure light has been on since the night I purchased the vehicle and they seem to not be able to figure it out. Chris himself called when it first happened and it was great business ship but now I can't get a hold of him (funny right.) I called Saturday and left a message with his "assistant" and I emailed him have not heard from him. Monday when I was there I told my salesman I would really like for the manager to call me not Thursday and nothing. I am beyond annoyed and frustrated. I want some kind of compensation I have her to even make a payment on this car and I refuse to pay for a car that I am NOT even driving. I am half tempted to call lemon law and fill with them if hyundai can't help me. My excellent review of springfield hyundai is fastly turning into horrible if someone can't help me and fast! More

We were greeted by Cheryl Hinton when we arrived and were treated exceptionally during the whole process. My wife (who usually hates car dealerships) and I are very impressed with Springfield Hyundai and co treated exceptionally during the whole process. Every employee we met was very friendly and courteous. Cheryl and Alark were not only personable, but extremely accommodating. They actually made what is normally a tedious process "enjoyable". When I called about my recall, I was given an appointment and told it would be fixed in under an hour. So I rushed to get to my appt. and was told there were a lot of people in front of me and that I would h and told it would be fixed in under an hour. I replied that I made an appointment and the customer service representative just shrugged his shoulders as if that did not matter. So I repeated that I had an appointment. At this point the Manager Steve Mountes came over I told him that I made an appointment and he rudely replied to me that he heard me say that 4 times. I think I said it twice. I told him I made an appt and was told that it would be done in under an hour. He rudely told me that I did not make an appointment with his department. I inquired why I was given an appt when I called about my recall if they do not honor them. He told me he doesn't have a mechanic just magically waiting for me. I walked out of the service station. I had things I needed to get done. I planned a little over an hour to this errand. They need to be more considerate of customer's time. I can't believe how rude and condescending he was. I don't know how they keep any business. That is why I go anyway else but here to have my car maintenance done. I only made an appt for a recall. I am happy with my Santa Fe, but I will never buy from this dealer again. More

And I had not purchased a car since 2007; prior to this I had a company car. I did some pre visit calls to several dealerships before I went to Springfield. When I walked in, Rosa' easygoing, friendly and knowledgeable manner impressed me immediately. Based on the way she presented herself and the information, I felt I could trust her. This is very important when one is making a high ticket purchase. She was persuasive without being aggressive, informative without being intimidating. Bottom line, I bought from her without much muss or fuss; AND, I'd do it again. Everyone I had contact with at this dealership were professional, friendly and a pleasure to do business with. My compliments to this dealership, from Management on down. You have an amazing team at Springfield Hyundai! Rosa is a gem and does your dealership proud.
