I made an appointment for an oil change. The service manager reminded me that my state inspection was due next month and he could do it for me at the same time. It was much cheaper than where we've bee manager reminded me that my state inspection was due next month and he could do it for me at the same time. It was much cheaper than where we've been having it done. Plus, it saved me another appointment. I like that they were being proactive. He was also polite and very friendly. My husband was also impressed that it was cheaper and they didn't try to find something else to fix to make more money. I only wish they were closer to our home. Good dealership! More
When picking up my car from a recall the car would not come out of park and the mechanic had to recheck the car and stated the wrong part was placed in my car so when the mechanic brought it back to me an come out of park and the mechanic had to recheck the car and stated the wrong part was placed in my car so when the mechanic brought it back to me and as I was driving home the car was shaking badly so I called back and told them I was bringing the car back because of that so when I went back to pick up my car I was told that the car needed to be aligned and I have a tan interior and there was grease everywhere in my car on the tan interior I have to get that cleaned by someone so I'm not pleased with their services More

Got an unexpected deal. Really went in just to check things out and walked away with a car. They made me a deal I couldn't refuse. I also got a larger vehicle than I actually was looking at for the sam things out and walked away with a car. They made me a deal I couldn't refuse. I actually Met Keith Sharon back in May, 2013 when I was looking to replace my 2011 Hyundai Sonata that was totalled when a woman hit me from behind going about 30 miles an hour. Anyway, I did not buy from looking to replace my 2011 Hyundai Sonata that was totalled when a woman hit me from behind going about 30 miles an hour. Anyway, I did not buy from Keith at that point, but I did remember him as he was very professional, and he didn't feed me a bunch of lines. He knew I knew what I was talking about and had done some homework, so he provided information as I had requested....and didn't try to push me in a direction I didn't want to go. I had already found a very good deal on a used Honda Accord, but I was also thinking about a new Sonata - but in the end, I went with the other deal as it was an exceptional deal at that point. So, when it came time to upgrade my son into something newer (friday 7/26), again, I remembered Keith and gave him a call (thinking he was off that day as I had his card that said he was off on fridays normally. He was there, I gave him my objectives, and we were able to cut a deal in about an hour's time on the same day; the dealership was busy that evening, so we had to wait a bit to get the car in shape to drive out of there; but other than that, it was a very positive experience. Anyway, Keith did a great job for me - understood where I was coming from, and provided the information (and eventually, the right car) I needed to finish up and get the car. His co-worker, Shamar Gandy (spelling), also helped us later in the process, as while Keith hung around an extra hour to make sure the deal was done - but because he was already late to pick up his son (and working on his day off), Shamar helped out - and was helpful in finalizing the process of getting the car in shape to drive out of there. Both young men did an excellent job and I appreciated their approach and friendliness. More

He spent time answering any questions I had and was excited to work with me in figuring out what would fit my needs. I was able to make use of the Hyundai college graduate deal in addition to an online discount I was offered and ultimately drove away with a brand new Elantra that I'm already loving! After such a great experience working with the sales team, I'd imagine my return visits to this dealership for routine maintenance/checkups on my car will be just as easy! More

Brought vehicle in for recall for stop lamp switch. When picked up my SUV, there was a large nut laying on my driver side floor mat. Took it back into the dealership and service manager told me it just prob picked up my SUV, there was a large nut laying on my driver side floor mat. Took it back into the dealership and service manager told me it just probably fell out of the pocket of service technician. Now does not make me feel comfortable that they performed service properly. Have also not been happy in past when brought vehicle in for different safety recall, and service department tried to upsell me on unnecessary fluid replacement when that was performed. Also did not properly tighten tension on seat belts on that visit while vehicle still covered under warranty. More
