I initially spoke with a sales person to test drive a I initially spoke with a sales person to test drive a Lincoln Town Car since I had a coupon for a $50.00 debit card from the Auto Show in Philadelph I initially spoke with a sales person to test drive a Lincoln Town Car since I had a coupon for a $50.00 debit card from the Auto Show in Philadelphia. I was unable to continue the test drive since I had not received an email from Lincoln corporate to show the dealer and only had a post card from Lincoln. I then decided to leave since I was not able to obtain this debit card. However, I wrote to Jim Thomas, the owner of Springfield Ford/Lincoln and I had an immediate response to my request. I received a check in the mail for $50.00 in lieu of the debit card. I then met with Mr. Thomas and we developed a relationship based on his excellent customer service followup. Since then, I have tested several models of the Lincoln inventory, however, they were not able to obtain a 2011 Lincoln Town Car with the factory installed options that I desired. Since this is the last year that the Town Car was being produced. I have driven the Lincoln MKS, the Lincoln MKT. I have not test driven the Lincoln MKX or the Lincoln MKZ as of yet. I have had excellent communication with Jim Thomas and his General Sales Manager, Steve. We are still reviewing my options since the Town Car is no longer available to me. Rita Feehery was a pleasure to deal with in my new car purchase. She took all her time to discuss the features on the Taurus and helped me set up my phone system and Sirius system. I had a deposit on a LeSabre but after driving a Taurus I immediately decided on a Ford. I now am a Ford customer and I am discussing a purchase for my brother.
