Springfield Ford staff sold two cars the day I visited the dealership. Quality, Price, and as I learned after the sale... Service are all number one at Springfield Ford. A Taurus and a Fusion were sold the dealership. Quality, Price, and as I learned after the sale... Service are all number one at Springfield Ford. A Taurus and a Fusion were sold that day in July 2010. A year later, almost to the day, (the 105 degree day) I had my elderly parents out for their Saturday morning grocery trip.... locked keys in the trunk accidentally and had not yet put the door keypad security code in my wallet.... Two lessons were learned: 1. put your code in your wallet right away. 2. In emergencies, Springfield Ford won't let you down..... The General Sales Manager, after being notified by the receptionist, researched my sales records, secured the vehicle number and security code and I was back in my car with my parents in less than five (5) minutes.... More time in the 105 degree heat would have been catastrophic for my aging parents. To Rex and his capable staff for recognizing who I was when calling (not just another number) and the emergency at hand, I am extremely grateful. More
