Drove one car and made deal for, delivery two days later a different car with less options same price. Instead of righting wrong, made deals for after market work, dropped value of h ecar 2000 dollars beca a different car with less options same price. I took my 2006 JEEP SRT8 to get the computer flashed, and they flashed the wrong computer and i had to take it back again. When i did,and the next day i went to pick the truck up from MILLER DODGE my truck w they flashed the wrong computer and i had to take it back again. When i did,and the next day i went to pick the truck up from MILLER DODGE my truck was laying on 4 milk crates! Even though i told them to park it inside the shop they ignored me. The mechanic parked it outside there parking lot where they do not have any cameras !! I know for fact that this was and inside job. And the mechanics that work there, have something to do with it with the wheels getting stolen.As this has been happening very often over there at MILLER DODGE ! THEY SAID WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT ! My insurance company is going after them. NEVER GO TO MILLER DODGE ON SPRINGFIELD ON BALTIMORE PIKE,YOUR CAR IS NOT SAFE AND THERE SERVICE SUCKS ! More
I would never go back to miller dodge again. The customer service was horrible. They were not helpful and rude. When I went to pick up my car, the clerk handed me the key. This is the worst place to either buy a car or take it in for service. Their sales reps. are liars and they only want you to sign the papers, once you sign the papers, they disregard you as a customer. Cust for service. Bought a used car from them they took the jack out, when we drove the car the mats were in place, when we got the car the mats are missing. This is a 2009 vehicle with less then 12000 miles I'm talking about. They gave me a jack that cant work with the vehicle and took a jack handle from another vehicle and put into mine that does not work. When I call I get the run around. Terrible place, despicable people.!!! Never Again. More
This dealer customer service sucks. I went through the car buying service at my credit union. We built the car got, got pre-approved and allowed the service to send our info to the dealer. They selected this dealer because they had the car we wanted. The dealership called us to setup an appointment. We show up with check to pick up the car. The first thing they wanted to do was run out credit. We were told they run everyone's credit before wasting their time. The general manger (William (Bill) Frayser) tells my wife there are 20,000 displaced Americans and we need to ensure you are who you say you are. They called us at our home the night before to setup the appointment, our credit union referred us and we drove up in a 2008 dodge charger(that we told them). What other proof do you need. After speaking with Chrysler corporate office they were told this is the practice of the dealership to run everyones credit before showing them a vehicle. This kind of practice can ruin a consumers credit. Chrysler said consumers complaining can get their franchise removed. If you have a complaint or issue call 1-800-992-1997. SAY AGAIN STAY CLEAR!!!!! I called to get price and availability for a part. Parts department didn't answer phone, it went to voice mail. Very poor customer service in my opinion.
