Long story short, we worked out a number on a lease for a Jeep a few months ago. About an hour before we were going to pick the vehicle and sign the paperwork, we got a call from the sales representative. He explained that his manager had made an error on the trade in value of the vehicle we were trading in and the monthly payment on the vehicle we would be purchasing would be substantially more per month. He explained the error and there was no way possible that mistake could have been made. We ended up going to another dealership and making a purchase. Fast forward about six months. I was in the market for a Dodge Ram. I saw that Springfield Dodge was offering some decent rebates and despite our last experience, I reached out to the same sales representative that we were dealing with previously. I told him what I was interested in and he said he would run the numbers and get back to me. He never got back to me and I ended up purchasing the 50k+ truck at another dealership (Videon Dodge). I could have been happier with the service I received from Videon. More

I've had multiple problems with mine new 2016 Ram 1 First The service at Springfield Pa Dealership was substandard and The Ram product is garbage. I've had multiple problems with mine new 2016 Ram 1500 with 2600 miles on it. The bezel around my navigation cracked and the gear shifter broke. Also my transmission continues to slip without the attention that is needed to fix it. the dealer telling me my truck is working perfectly fine but I know my truck. No brand new truck is suppose to pop into gear when you come to a complete stop. xxxxxxxx! On 4/27/2016 when I got in my truck at the dealer to pull off I noticed that the bezel was not installed properly so I got out of my truck, put the truck in park like I usually always do. But the gear shifter didn't go into Park when i got out. Instead of going into park it rolled into another customer's car. While i was there waiting for the police to come so I can't file a report, one of the service technicians told me that the gear shifter was a known problem and this wasnt the first time he seen it malfunction. I am now scared that this truck is not safe for me and my kids. Transmission problems, cracking of navigation bezel, and gear shifter problems..... I'm really not happy at all with the RAM product. After sever attempts problem not or they wont fix. Even though issue is under warrenty. Charge for services that should be covered by warrenty. Claims only one tech is able to code read a check engine light,HA! So my van is stuck at dealer for more than a day just to be told what i already told them what was wrong. Then made me pre pay a rental even though extended warrenty should have covered that cost too. I can only summerize that they are not familar with Lemon Laws and consumer recourses for said laws. Glad i got a Chrysler Care Manager involved. I wont even start with the attitude from that female employee behind the counter/ small office not talking about the cashier office. More

Worst experience ever! I cannot believe how insulting the management at this dealership is. They lie to your face, make no attempts to correct the situation and the final straw was when I showed them an ad with their name on it, the manager said he didn't know where it came from. This dealership needs to close it's doors and learn how to treat paying customers with dignity and respect. The incompetence of the manager, Carson Horner, was evidenced by his repeated excuse that he made a mistake while figuring out the deal! I think you are overpaid if thats your best excuse. You cannot expect proficiency from this dealership. Stay away!! More

Horrible experience save yourself the B.S. and go to Bergeys Wanted to buy a 2014 Ram leftover but the sales manager kept on changing the price of the truck and the price of my trade every time I was there. The first sales manager was trying to sale me the truck for the M.S.R.P. for a 1 year old truck. I don't think so I told him. He got up out of the chair and I never saw him again. Thanks for trying I am not paying M.S.R.P. for on a 1 year old truck. Just a lot of unnecessary back and forth on the price of the new truck and my trade. for nothing when I wanted to make the deal. Let me walk out two times with out the truck. The sales manager said I got everything can't get anymore, we where about 2 thousand dollars away from making the deal. But yet Miller Dodge losses money everyday the truck sits on the lot. Maybe someone else paid M.S.R.P. for the truck better him than me. So I walked out and ordered a 2015 somewhere else for around the same price, but a 2015 not 2014. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. Drive a little and save money and yourself the B.S. and go to Bergeys Dodge in Souderton PA More
