This dealership is just out to sell cars and dosentseem to care about the customer afrer the sale... I bought a 2020 Silverado in the beginning of March of 2022. It needed a def tank and they assured m to care about the customer afrer the sale... I bought a 2020 Silverado in the beginning of March of 2022. It needed a def tank and they assured me that it would only take 2 to 3 weeks to get it in. I called on the 2nd week and it still wasn't in. I ended up getting in in may... It needed a new keyfob programmed so I figured they would have that done since they had the truck for 2 months, I was wrong. They ordered one and I had to drive back to get it, it was the wrong one... They ordered a new one and said they would filll my tank up because I had to come back which they did. While I was there I wanted them to check out a noise coming from the front end and they said they would, 2 hours later I asked how it was going and they said they were fixing the problem i had mentioned which was great but it would have been nice to know... The servece department said it was ready 3 1/2 hours later and I went out to drive away. Much to my surprise I went out and the new keyfob wasn't in the truck, I went in and asked about it and they said it hadn't been programmed yet. They said it would only take a few minutes and that I could wait in the parking lot and they would bring it right out when it was done. 20 minutes later I went into the waiting room to wait. 45 minutes later my truck was ready. About 3 weeks after I received the truck the air filter warning light came on, I checked the filter and it was very dirty, obviously it was not checked when they dod the oil change, I figured when you buy a 65,000.00 truck that the fluids and filters would be changed and it would have been gone through, I wonder what else will come up??? I am currently sitting in the waiting room waiting on my "free" oil change and it has been 1 1/2 hours with an appointment... Unless you are buying a new vehicle i would stay away from them and even then consider other options. More
Potential new car customers beware. They made it abundantly clear that they only care about money as they were showing their greed. So if you’re going to be trading your car into them make sure you get a second opinion on the value because they will clearly try to rip you off. Pretty sad that they’re willing to let a new customer walk away over being greedy. More
Just went to the dealership to buy out my 2018 lease. I called a head to have any paperwork ready, upon arrival had to start from scratch. To print 1 page !!! Just your tipical SLEAZY car dealer !!!! I will never use them again !!!! More
Vehicle illegally inspected twice. Went through multiple front ends the lost locking lug nuts. Recently I contacted this dealership randomly from just shopping on their website and being frustrated with the service and the run around I was getting for pricing at other dealers. I was getting the "we are selling so many trucks we aren't giving anyone any discounts right now" speech... I happened to get connected with the commercial sales manager, he was AWESOME! He gave me a really good price (2x better than any other dealer) without any back and fourth bs. He handled everything super quickly and to the point. We finalized the deal and continued to impress with his service and follow through. He called me and offered me free extras with the truck (even though the deal was already done he still helped me get more). They delivered the vehicle the next day and it was full of gas which I greatly appreciated as well. Thank you so much Springfield Buick GMC Cadillac, your service and staff is amazing, my family appreciates it SO much! More
Completely worthless dealership , dishonest . Service department and management suck! Warranty means nothing, they don’t stand behind anything they sell . They charged a lot and screwed up pretty badly My F350 broke down up in Springfield, and the person driving it took it to the nearest place that seemed like it could handle a truck that size. They installed new brake calipers on the rear tires backward, causing it to turn into a smoking mess a few hundred miles later. Took it to the place I trust closer to my home, and my $1700 repair from Springfield GMC Buick ended up costing me another $1250 in parts and labor to re-repair. More
Very misleading pricing. Advertise price as 35000 online ,i called and because I was trading in something they wanted 42000 .
