Service was excellent. Wasn't pushed to do any service. Called back and had it done anyways. Had a loaner and following day to return i was stuck in traffic. Called them and they said to come in later so Called back and had it done anyways. Had a loaner and following day to return i was stuck in traffic. Called them and they said to come in later so i wasn't late to an important meeting. They've switched to in house car washing and it was excellent, unfortunately it rained that day and it went to waste. More
I have leased Acuras for the last 10 years. I have had good experiences at all three of the dealerships I used. Springfield Acura definately takes the gold medal for service. Their Service department is good experiences at all three of the dealerships I used. Springfield Acura definately takes the gold medal for service. Their Service department is easy to work with, thorough and focused on making sure the customer experience is great. Jamie, Andreas and the rest of the team are always helpful. I would recommend the service, the vehicles, and the overall experience to anyone. More
This dealership is terrible for service. I've brought my car in for routine service as well as issues with the breaks. 50% of the time the car came back worse than when I brought it in. Most recently i had car in for routine service as well as issues with the breaks. 50% of the time the car came back worse than when I brought it in. Most recently i had basic service (oil change and wheels rotated) and they only put 2 lugnuts back on 1 was so lose it was basically falling off. The customer service people only care about getting 5's on their "survey" but dont care about whether your car is actually fixed. As for the actual mechanics, it doesnt seem like they know what they're doing., More
When I went to Springfield Acura, I had already been to Montclair and had an offer waiting. I just wanted to take a look at a different color. The TL at Springfield had 15,000 LESS miles on it than the one Montclair and had an offer waiting. I just wanted to take a look at a different color. The TL at Springfield had 15,000 LESS miles on it than the one at Montclair so I was going to see if I could get a better deal. Firsy of all, the sales rep Anthony ran over a parking cone while he was backing the car out for the test drive. He blew smoke up my xxx the entire ride saying how I seemed knowledgable blah blah blah. When we got back I told him what number I wanted to see without disclosing the offer I had standing at Montclair. He came back way over what I had said. He then proceeded to look at my trade in, come back in, walk right by me and into the finance office. He then came back with the same number I had previously turned down. Then I told him about the offer at Montclair and that his car had 15,000 more miles on it. He left AGAIN and came back with the finance guy who told me that there is no way that he could give me that price. He was a snooty xxxxxxx. In the end, the knocked $3 dollars, yes, $3 dollars off the monthly payment offered to me at Montclair. Then they pulled out the big guns and had Steve Levin come out who "had been working in the car business for 40 years" and he told me that when I go back to Montclair and the offere has changed to come back and see them and their crappy offer would still be there. Needless to say I left, went to Montclair, bought my car in under an hour and called Springfield to inform them that the offer was still there and I had purchased the car. I would not refer anyone to Springfield Acura. A waste of time, energy and money. More

What??? site - good it I test drove. I was ready to buy - and they told me I could only redeem the $200 coupon - IF I BOUGHT AT ANOTHER DEALER!!!!! What??? I recently purchased a brand new car 2008 ACURA RDX WITH TECH from Springfield Acura and my Sales Consultant was Mr. Michael MacDonald. I would highly recommend them for the ff. reasons: 1. best invoice pr TECH from Springfield Acura and my Sales Consultant was Mr. Michael MacDonald. I would highly recommend them for the ff. reasons: 1. best invoice price, aggressive pricing 2. best price quote with initial email,no haggle, unbeatable price 3. Professional in treating buyers 4. Committed to the agreement or deal 5. Patient in answering questions or emails from educated internet buyer 6.Fast paper work and purchase process Only constructive comment is inconsistensy in providing info about waiting period in ordering the car BUT this is due to two salesman different information given to the customer. Overall I am happy and had a good car buying experience although I did everything over the i-net & phone. I went to the dealer once just to pick up the car. The transaction was smooth and hassle free. More
bought an RSX-S there a few years ago. I attempted to get the car serviced there because it was grinding 3rd gear bad. All i needed was new synchronizers. Idiots working in tech dont know how to do that so t the car serviced there because it was grinding 3rd gear bad. All i needed was new synchronizers. Idiots working in tech dont know how to do that so they just get a new transmission from japan which costs $$$. Anyway, they "diagnos" my car for $90 and say that the clutch is a "wearable" item and since it is worn, its not under warranty cuz that apparntly broke the synchro's SOMEHOW....my clutch is working perfectly and doesnt slip at all. Talked to a local mechanic friend and we both decided its complete xxxxxxxx, they are just xxxxx and dont want to deal with the problem or pay the money to fix it. Since then i have read and heard many problems about this place. However, they were kinda friendly, so i gave them a 5 there, but dont be blinded by their affable veneer!!! oh and i forgot to mention that i talked to a receptionist to make a service appointment for a day, on that day, i showed up and the xxxxxx behind the counter told me that i didnt have an appointment. i told him about when i called and said that the receptionist probably forgot to schedule it....what...? isnt that what she gets paid to do..? anyway i had to come back a week later to realize that i wasnt under warranty. they do have a nice big screen sony tv in the waiting room where u sit while ur car gets serived. but they could easily afford that becuase of the people they constantly rip off. anyway, i can write a novel on how bad these guys are, but the point is, DO NOT SHOP AT SPRINGFIELD ACURA. GO TO ANY NEIGHBORING DEALER LIKE THE ONE IN DENVILLE OR MONTCLAIR. AVOID SPRINGFIELD ACURA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (questions or hate mail can be sent to orangebroccoli5@gmail.com) More
