My Fiance and I were looking to get the MDX . We had spoke with a really nice young salesman and he was VERY helpful. He was new so he had to call in Joe to help him out with the deal. We will very open with what we wanted and he made all these promises that it would work out. We left a $3000 deposit because the car we wanted wasn't in stock. We were told it would take a couple days for the car to come in. We waited over a week and a half before the car was in. When my fiance went back to finish all the final paperwork, he met with the person in charge of the loans. Apparently everything JOE had told us was a flat out LIE. These guys will do ANYTHING to sell a car. Typical cheesy car salesmen. I feel sorry for the young gentleman who was originally helping us because I would have loved to give HIM the business. We walked away after we found out that the APR was different, that they wouldn't turn in our trade in, and various other things. BEWARE they will tell you whatever you want to hear, but when it comes time to sign the paperwork, they will most likely not give you what you asked. Also, they told us that our $3000 deposit couldn't be refunded right away because it was a saturday. That we would get the money back on monday, which I did not find out until my fiance got home, which is ILLEGAL. More
I think that the dealership does an excellent job at customer service. The service representative made sure that I was informed of the status of my car at regular intervals and made sure I was comforta customer service. The representative even offered me a light refreshment during my wait. I was told that the service would take an hour and my car was delivered to me washed and vacuumed in just under an hour. To speed up the process, the representative made sure all of the paperwork was ready while my car was being washed so that I could take care of payment and be on my way as quickly as possible. In terms of customer service, Springfield Acura is clearly top notch. I would definitely refer other Acura owners to Springfield Acura for service and/or for buying a new vehicle. More
Very friendly staff, willing to help, explained service options clearly. Had my vehicle cleaned and serviced on time. Communicated over my cellphone once the vehicle was ready. Total time spent at the service facility added to only 7 minutes, which includes car-in, loaner-out, loaner-return, bill payment, and car handover. Springfield Acura is totally awesome. More

Upon arrival Victor greeted me immediately and got me in before my actual appointment time. The service I was coming in for was a B1 so Victor said it should take 45 minutes to an hour. I had to leave for France later that day so I told him I would need a rental car. When we realized that I would need to have Avis send a car, I decided I would just wait seeing as it would take more time to get the car than it was actually worth. Victor insisted that he could get it if I wanted it but I had no problem waiting if it would only take 45 minutes. The service actually took less time than quoted and he had me back in my car and on the road before the service was actually quoted to be finished. The overall experience was very good. In being completely honest, my only issue is that the price is a little higher at the dealer than it would/should be for comparable work done elsewhere. In the interest of keeping my warranty I am somewhat forced to get the car serviced at the dealer. Obviously this price difference is not bothering me so much that I do not use Acura, but I would be more inclined to suggest the dealer to more people had the price been a little less. There were a few applicable coupons though so that helped, and overall I was happy with the service I received. More

For the last 2 years I have been dealing with Jamie & R back to the dealership for any service. I have always been treated with kindness & respect. For the last 2 years I have been dealing with Jamie & Rob and they have been the most professional, enlightening, respectful, honest and pleasing people to work with. They always greet me with a smile and a hello. They take the time to listen to my concerns, take the time to explain what work I need, why the service is needed, how long my service will take and when my car will be ready. My car is always ready when promised and received clean. I truly have no worries when I bring in my car because I know that I'm being treated fairly, honestly, and respectfully. I purchased a new 2009 Acura MDX, and I was treated like royalty. I was given a more than fair price for my trade, I got the exact vehicle I was looking for and I was thrilled with price.
