I came in for "A" service and the service I received exceeded my expectations. Because an overall check was done on the car, it revealed I needed a new battery and thatnk goodness it was still received exceeded my expectations. Because an overall check was done on the car, it revealed I needed a new battery and thatnk goodness it was still covered under warranty. I also had a nail stuck in my tire that I wasn't aware of. The overall check discovered it before my car notification kicked in. I was lucky that I was not stopped in the winter with a dead battery. Quay explained everything in detail and had everything fixed almost 10 to 15 minutes earlier than he promised. I like this type of service and I appreciate the friendliness of the staff. Thank you. Sandro was super; not only was he polite, he took the time to go over and explain all of the maintenance that needed to be done by phone and went above and beyond to help.
