I spoke over the phone with a great Salesman, he assured me that he could help me as I was in a position where I needed a car and I needed one now. I was greeted at the front desk, they knew I was coming, I was introducted to the saleman and then to Alan the finance guy. He took exceptional care of my needs and I wasn't there 5 hours like some car dealers. There showroom is confortable and state of the art. After all was done, I was given keys and all my paper work and out the door I went, happy and it was THE BEST!!! car purchasing experience I've ever had. I will stick with Springfield Acura..... They worked with us very diligently and did everything within their power to make our time there very valuable. I believe they acheieved that very, very well and my wife and I are extremely pleased with our MDX and our experiece there! My wife also had a great experience with the service side of Springfield Acura. She had to get the running boards and roof rack put on our MDX and she said it went perfectly. They gave her a loaner vehicle, indicated they would call her when it was done and they met their committment. Everyone she dealt with was very nice, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. We will recommend Sprigfield Acura to anyone we ever hear speaking about getting a new or used vehicle. More

I just happened to stop by this Acura dealership as it's close to my house and I often passed it on Rt. 22. I needed a new car and was considering the ILX, but wasn't quite sure if it was the car for me. close to my house and I often passed it on Rt. 22. After making an appt., I came back the next day with my parents. I have to say that what I really appreciated about the experience was Tony's lack of 'pushiness.' At no point did I feel like he was just desperate to make the sale and was going to feed me and my parents whatever it takes to make that sale. This was a big plus for me as I find nothing more off-putting than dealing with what I like to describe as 'slimy' salesmen. We were there for several hours, looking at interiors, driving to the other lot in the sleet and snow to look at the available colors, and negotiating the price with Tony and Nick Moritz. All in all, it was a great experience. Seemingly very easy, very pleasant ... no feelings of pushiness or obnoxiousness from the sales people or from the general manager. Suselle in finance was also super pleasant and, after over 4 hours at the dealership, it was nice to deal with someone with great energy as we were all exhausted by this point. Great overall experience. Would definitely recommend. More
