Quay always provide EXCELLENT customer service to me. He goes above and beyond to ensure that I am 100% satisfied with the information, as well as, the wait time. I very appreciative of that. Friendly and did the work quicker than I expected! I didn't feel like he was trying to get me to spend more money on other repairs that may or may not be necessary. The staff at the dealership have always taken care of me. I am one of the few customers that bring both my acuras to the dealership for service eventhough they are 12 years old. My son's car (2004 TSX) needed an electrical repair. The part (radio/climate control unit) that had to be replaced, however, is no longer manufactured by Acura/Honda. Sandro Rosario patiently described wha part (radio/climate control unit) that had to be replaced, however, is no longer manufactured by Acura/Honda. Sandro Rosario patiently described what part was necessary and suggested I try finding it at a used auto part dealer. I located one and Sandro had it installed. Unfortunately, it did not work due to the fact the item was damaged when it was removed from the original auto. I was not charged anything up to this point. I found another replacement and this one worked perfectly. I was only charged for the labor to install the second unit - which was more than fair. Sandro really went the extra distance to handle my problem and I'm very thankful for his efforts. I have been a customer at Springfield Acura for more than 20 years. I have leased many Legends, RLs and TLs and have purchased an Integra and two TSXs from there. Obviously, I am a very satisfied loyal customer. My salesman during this period has been Leo Daniels - a great guy who always took terrific care of me and my family. I will see him again this April to lease another TL. Thanks again to Sandro Rosario and the rest of the Repair team. More
