The experience that I have always had is excellent at Springfield Acura. All of my MDX's have been serviced there (this is number 4 for me) and I will continue to use your service department. Tony Spano did an excellent job for me in getting me into the new MDX that I just got last week. I love it and was so pleased that he got me the color that I wanted with all of the extras in it. I came in for an oil change, and fortunately, they had time to do a brake job. I bought the car from a friend who advised me when I bought it that it would need brakes.
