I had a tire pressure issue for a couple of weeks on my brand new MDX. I went to the service department to pick up a touch up paint, after many failed of attempts of trying to reach someone over the phone. I felt that my business wasn't cared about enough. I walked in and ga paint, after many failed of attempts of trying to reach someone over the phone. I felt that my business wasn't cared about enough. I walked in and gave them a color code, thank god I checked the paint cause it was completely off, someone mis-tagged the paint. I asked the guy if he knew if this was the correct color code for my rims and he proceeds to tell me "he doesn't know, that's the code I gave him" very rudely.made no type of attempt to get further info for a customer. Hospitality and good service lack at this place. I drive an acura and I absolutely love the car. But I would never recommend this acura dealer to anyone. More

From the moment I came in and starting speaking with Rich about purchasing my RDX, everything was very straight-forward. There was no lying about the car's features or about the pricing. I told Rich the terms I was comfortable with as well as other offers I've received and he worked to give me a price I am very happy with. The price he and I agreed upon was the price I paid, not one cent more. He patiently explained each and every feature of the car to me until I was familiar with each and every button. The other employees were also very friendly. I am extremely grateful for the service I received at Springfield and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy an Acura. More
OVER PRICED, 413.00 for oil change and 1 tire 99.00 to rotate tire I just bought there, they got me once, never get me again, I will find another dealer to change my oil, and if I need any work done, it w rotate tire I just bought there, they got me once, never get me again, I will find another dealer to change my oil, and if I need any work done, it will not be at Springfield Acura. Both guys were very nice, easy going, helpful, and relate-able. They were very personal and we exchanged stories that made the whole process much better. Since my recent decision to trade my car in for a new one, I started my search with great passion for I love to test drive and pick a car that will truly suit my needs. Through this two week period, my s one, I started my search with great passion for I love to test drive and pick a car that will truly suit my needs. Through this two week period, my sole purpose and time was spent on what I will call the dealer " Ocean of Sharks Adventure ". My search was in the SUV market and there are allot of new models out there to pick from. I visited many dealerships and test drove nearly all the new SUVs being offered. At one point I had 5 deposits down on 5 different cars at 5 different dealerships. In each case came the haggling and endless dealer pushing and shark smiling for me to buy their car. My phone never stopped ringing with one dealer after another with follow up calls. It soon became quite an exhaustive experience, one that made me think twice on whether it was even a good idea to buy ? Maybe I should simply keep driving my SUV for another year. Then I decided to search in deeper waters and leave the 5 boroughs of the NYC Dealership Area and seek my venture in NJ. And In only about 17 miles I happened upon " Springfield Acura " and a really nice true and real guy only meaning to please with intent that you leave as a happy customer and with the car you really want - John Strazza, my Salesperson. What an unbelievable difference those few miles made. There are no sharks in this dealership only really nice honest and true people like you and I - If you don't believe me drive out there for yourself's, you'll never regret it. I arrived at the dealership's a bit late about 6 pm or so, met John Strazza - he asked me what I was in the market for, showed me the model I was interested in on the show room floor, but the color was wrong. So had me drive the same model I wanted out to there storage lot where amazingly there were not less than 30 brand spanking new ones of the model I wanted. I was going for a silver/gray colored one with black interior with a tech package. Of course they had a few of those but then he showed me a new color Acura had just come out with for this model year. Wow It looked like the car but simply the color made it look like a car worth $ 10,000 more, of course I picked the color he suggested. Then he let me drive that car back to the showroom. As it was already dark, I doubted that we'd be able to finish the deal and even less believed I'd be driving home with it that night. There was no haggling just simple and pleasant open business negotiating and their offer for my trade was a great offer. And their price for the new SUV was lower than anyone else's, This doesn't happen now a day's does it ? Well yes it does - if you go to Springfield Acura in NJ and work with John Stazza and team. The whole team stayed till the deal was done and I was satisfied and Rocco Silvestri their great finance guy, did his best and even matched a special super low rate financing I was already pre-approved for from my credit union. I left the dealership at 12:30 AM and up to the last moment John was helping he move all the stuff out of my old car into my new one, just so I could drive the car I bought home that night. Nowhere will you find service with a smile and honesty and integrity as I did, it was the best car buying experience of my life and I've bought allot of cars in my time, I'm 60. I left with a smile from ear to ear and two weeks later my smile is still there. Do yourself a favor, if you're in the market for a new car go to this dealership and see John Strazza and his team, they'll put a smile on you're face too. More
Tony is honest and very professional. He is patient and takes time explaining the features of new Acura as this is the first time we buy this type of vehicle. We have had wonderful buying experience with h takes time explaining the features of new Acura as this is the first time we buy this type of vehicle. We have had wonderful buying experience with him, and visited this dealership again at a later day and told the general manager of Springfield Acura that we truly enjoyed working with Tony. In addition, Rocco is great too (Rocco did all the paper work with us). More
