Although I wish I went to Springfield Acura to purchase a new Acura, alas, I went to purchase a pre-owned Honda Accord Coupe. However, my experience at Springfield Acura was both enjoyable and memorable. I s new Acura, alas, I went to purchase a pre-owned Honda Accord Coupe. However, my experience at Springfield Acura was both enjoyable and memorable. I spoke to Gabriel on the phone to arrange an appointment to test drive the car. I arrived on time and was greeted by the friendly customer welcome team. I then was introduced to Tony Spano, my sales rep. Tony was superb. I can't say enough good things about him. Just go and ask for Tony, you won't be disappointed. After Tony and I went for a test drive, and I must interject, the car was detailed to within an inch of it's life! I was ready to sign on the dotted line, as they say. Nick Moritz, the head honcho, came out to say thanks, and we shook hands, and I returned the thank you. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. Greg, the finance guy, was awesome, and you know how these 'finance guys' can be! Well, he wasn't and I thanked him for it. I was handed the keys and drove home with a smile on my face. And I'm still smiling! Bottom line, go to Springfield Acura. I woud not hesitate to recommend them to my family or friends. That's the highest compliment I can give them. More

Upon entering the service area I did not have to wait to be served. That is a plus. My administrative process was quick. Quay is very friendly and explained to me what the process for servicing my vehicl be served. That is a plus. My administrative process was quick. When the mechanics did a detailed inspection of the car, they discovered 4 nails in one tire which meant I needed a new tire. Quay brought me an estimate in the waiting room so I could decide what I wanted to do. He was kind enough to show me a picture of the tire with the nails in it. I even asked him to email a copy of the picture to me which he did. What I like about Quay is he went over the bill with me and provided a status report, gave me privacy while I paid the bill then escorted me to my car. A true gentleman. More
