The service experience for my 2013 MDX was exceptional, from the greeting by the valet, the excellent write up by Mr. Fernandez, to driving away in my sparkling, improved better than new, SUV. I had 3 items on my list, oil change, spongy brakes and excessive play in the steering wheel at highway speeds. The brakes are now perfect and so is the steering, and the computer acknowledges 100% oil life. The brake and steering fixes in one visit, required a service team that I truly appreciate, realizing that a total fix in one visit, is remarkable. Thank you Springfield team, you have earned a very loyal customer. More
