The service we received was exceptional, the registration process was lengthy because Jamie was by himself. We rated the service highly because despite the short staffing during this process, Jamie mainta process was lengthy because Jamie was by himself. Mislead by this dealer and not fulfilling the commitment which otherwise is suspicious sales . Bought Certified Vehicle from this dealer and when time came to execute certified vehicle warranty, dealer d which otherwise is suspicious sales . Bought Certified Vehicle from this dealer and when time came to execute certified vehicle warranty, dealer deny that they sold a certified vehicle to me. This vehicle was advertised certified and bought certified but Dealer refuse to acknowledge dealer signed certified check-list and Acura certified booklet as proof of buying a certified vehicle and also mentions that advertising "Certified" does not mean they sell it certified. Called this dealer few times to sought out this issue, they kept tossing me from one person to another and no one was able to tell me how do they authenticate a certified vehicle!! When booked the vehicle for service I mentioned what is the problem with the vehicle. When I took it to dealer on service date, the service manager refused to take the vehicle giving lame excuses like they do not have technicians to fix problems with this vehicle, they only have technician to change oil and look after minor stuff. PATHETIC!! Acura client services has been worse then the dealer. Long story short.. I have been sold a faulty vehicle by this dealer at premium pricing and not the dealer or ACURA want to resolve this issue. Be EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA careful when you buy certified vehicle from this dealer, ask how they authenticate certified vehicle, have it signed and sealed by them and at the sametime contact Acura client services from dealer office to complete any transaction. You cannot trust this dealer! More

I went to the dealership for buying a certified pre-owned car and Rich was great, he walked me through various PreOwned cars with their pros & cons, finally, we booked certified car but as I wanted certain accessories to be loaded on it so, left the car their only for 3 days. Within 3 days, I changed my mind and went back for other options like buying and leasing (expecting rude reaction as we wasted their time last time as well) but to my surprise, Richard was as calm as he was the first time, he started from scratch again with me and finally, I bought new Acura MDX and he gave me decent deal as well. I loved the whole car buying experience and pretty satisfied with the dealership. Not sure, if all the sales agents are like him; but he was pretty knowledgeable about the features of Acura Cars & SUVs. More

I would recommend John Strazza, more than the dealership itself. He is a first rate professional. No games, no gimmicks, fast on his feet to work out the best (lease in our case) for his customers. We lease cars every 2-3 years from Volvo to Infiniti to Audi and Acura, and John's work with us was far and beyond any car sales professional we have ever worked with. He knew every detail about the RDX, (I already owned an MDX and had researched every detail about the RDX), from the cu sq. to the colors available on their large lot. He took us to the off prem lot to see the exact car, color and options we were interested in. He did not rush or pressure our decision but was quick to run negotiations by finance without keeping us waiting. He, in fact, came back with a better lease deal than we had anticipated in negotiations. We were acutely aware that our good fortune was not the case going on next to us where customers were being "sales talked" and spent excessive time waiting with their sales person. In the end, we decided to choose a different car, not because of Acura or John. While it was uncomfortable making that call to him, he couldnt' have been nicer. He said, "if you're happy, that's all that matters. Just be well and enjoy your new car." I will be sending him every customer I know that's in the market for a car. More
