I bring my car in about every 35 - 45 days for an oil change and this was the first I had heard of any of the 4 recommended services. I was not happy about that. I believe it was Wayne who looked up my service record and confirmed that this is the first time any of the four recommendations, transition fluid level, brake fluid level, power steering fluid level, and coolant level, were mentioned. That, according to the paperwork, is $709.39 worth of work. New format for checking I understand. Just hearing about four services now I do not. I bought my car from you in April of 2014. I have brought it to Acura almost monthly since then. $710.00 worth of maintenance work all at once, no I am not happy. Yes, I will be seeking a "second opinion". The service that has been done has been great. The people I have worked with have also been amazing. I have no complaints there. Recommending four system flushes at once, that is another issue. Also, be glad I am not going to be taking the time to vent about the "recommendations" with my tires. More

This decision turned out to be one of the most stress-free lease transactions. John's professionalism and his attention to detail should be commended, as well as Ron Fedorka, Acura's finance mngr. who was well prepared in processing all our paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
