Wasn't pushy, was knowledgeable about competitors and acura, etc. After the sale was when it went down hill. They told us the wrong car was available so I needed a rental for a while. Then they couldn't tell me when we would be paid for our trade in. Finally when it was time to schedule maintenance, I had questions about cost/what would be done and the person told me that he just schedules it. He offered to transfer me to someone who didn't return my phone call so I took my car to a different acura dealer (who told me I didn't even need maintenance yet anyway). Overall the entire after sales process was so poor I wouldn't go back even if I got a lower price. More

Do Not Buy Here! After getting great deals at 2 other dealers, unfortunately the only location that had the car when we needed it was Springfield Acura who assured me After getting great deals at 2 other dealers, unfortunately the only location that had the car when we needed it was Springfield Acura who assured me they would match the deal. So we drove out in a snow storm to get the car at Springfield and after running the numbers they accused me of lying about our offer, even after we showed them in writing! They told me they needed a higher price and they went as far as to call their "GF" over who verbally assaulted me personally! I'm a young small girl - I was completely in shock and beyond embarrassed! When I questioned his decision he puffed his chest, removed his jacket like he was going to fight a 110 pound woman and screamed at us to "Get the **** out of my house!" Then I asked to speak to his boss and he went on ranting saying that God is his boss! What a psycho path. If you have children please keep them far away from this crazy GF lunatic! More
