Repeat Customer This is the second car I purchased from this dealer. On Saturday 6/27/15 I was looking to drop off my leased 2012 Acura TL. I had a second car (2006 BMW 650i convertible) and was content with keeping this car even though the mileage was quite high. I had a couple of conversations with Jake (internet sales) who was extremely nice. Upon arriving to the dealer I spoke with Jake and then was introduce to Anthony Bruce. This young man was excellent, very professional, and very patient. I left here with a 2016 MDX (traded-in the BMW). Greg Magras (excellent) (finance guy) remembered me from the previous purchase and was helpful in getting me a reduced payment through various finance options. With this experience there is a very good chance at the end of this 3 year lease I will be returning to this dealer for a third dealer. More
UNTRUSTWORTHY! BEWARE! They emailed an offer for "pre-road trip service" for $10. I thought I ought to try them at least once since I may buy a new Acura to replace BEWARE! They emailed an offer for "pre-road trip service" for $10. I thought I ought to try them at least once since I may buy a new Acura to replace my current one, which I bought elsewhere. I called and made a phone appointment for that particular service, mentioning the $10 offer. Imagine my shock when I showed up and was told the written offer was not for $10, but for "$10 off $44.95"--even though the written offer they sent me did not use the word "off" or "discount" or anything else. When I pointed this out, all they said was that many had complained about it. How can you trust such deceptive people? More

Richard Passananti was phenomenal with the way he treated me and I know that he really cares about the relationships he builds with his clients. I will be back for another Acura because I know they care about the ways they work with you. I will remain Loyal to Acura as they show me I matter. Its more than just a transaction its a relationship understanding. Springfield and Rich are amazing. More

No hassle no stress Walked out with a car which I love for the color... and so far the car drives great too :) And I wasn't even planning on getting a car that day, espec Walked out with a car which I love for the color... and so far the car drives great too :) And I wasn't even planning on getting a car that day, especially an Acura.. but the whole process from test drive to negotiation to taking the car home was so easy going and stress free... I am now very confident that I made the right choice. I just have a good feeling about the whole thing. This is coming from a person who already bought one ACURA somewhere else and returned it within 3 days... so I said never again. But a dealership really does make a difference ;) Thumbs up to Brian Camp ! More

Awful experience On April 27th, I went to Springfield Acura to test drive a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe. Two seconds after I started driving it, the under shield was dragg On April 27th, I went to Springfield Acura to test drive a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe. Two seconds after I started driving it, the under shield was dragging against the ground. Adam, my salesperson said, "What was that!?" and got out of the car and took it to the shop and told me that he was going to clip it back in. During the rest of the test drive, he was telling me how good the car was and that nothing was wrong with it. The next day I came back in and bought the car. On the 29th, I had the car up on the lift in a shop. These are the following things that were wrong with it: The oil hadn't been changed, there was a nail in the tire, the entire right front fender liner was missing, the under shield (after "being resecured") was actually removed from the vehicle, the left axle boot was loose and torn, and both the rear shocks were blown out and leaking. I was baffled. I called Adam that night and he said "Well its a used car, there's going to be normal wear and tear. I can't do anything about it." This car is unsafe to drive and they will not fix it. Do not buy any cars from this dealership. They are unprofessional and do not care for the safety of the customer. They take any car into their dealership and sell it without looking at it. I do not recommend this place at all. More
