She assured us hat the car was there, after driving almost 2 hours, we arrived to find out there the specific car was sold and they could show us another more expensive verson of the car. At the end of the day the dealership management would tell you "the best price is matching what their competitors offered" total waste of time! Out of state buyers beware this dealership does change a Doc Fee don't be fool by their empty promises that they will not charge any what so ever within the 500miles radius! I'll never recommend or shop with this dealership ever again! More
Very bad experiences with Sales My first experience with this dealer was with Richard Passananti from sales in March 2015. I was looking for a 2012 Acura TL. My second experience was today 12/31/15, unfortunately with the same sales person (Rich). Both times Rich was treating me as I am not going to buy the car and that showed in his behavior. He shut down the deal without even giving me a chance to talk about the price. My second experience was the worse. A manager brought him a couple that was looking for a new TLX, he totally ignored me and shut down my deal after obtaining all my information and running my credit. He wanted to get rid of me so he can take care of the customers that were looking for the new car. I ended up getting a great deal from a dealer close to my house in PA after the first incident. I didnt expect to be treated like that when I am buying an eight year old car for close to 20k price. I thought many times before going back to that dealer but now I know, I won't. More

Old School Sales Tactics Go to there website, find your vehicle and request an "internet" price. What you will get is a constant barrage of phone calls telling you that you ne Go to there website, find your vehicle and request an "internet" price. What you will get is a constant barrage of phone calls telling you that you need to come into the dealer to get a price that "will be any others". I went to the dealer and received the worst price for the vehicle out of 4 dealers. That's when the hard sell sales tactics started and shortly there after is when I walked out. Even if they had the best price, I would not buy a vehicle here. I already have enough drama in my life. More

I met Richard Passan I went in on a Monday just to take a look at the beautifully designed TLX knowing that I still had 2 months on my current lease. I met Richard Passananti, the sales person and he actually was able to get me into a new TLX for a lesser monthly payment than I was paying for my 2014 Honda Accord. I could not be happier!!! Good experience with Jonathan, Fabio,Loraine I had a good experience in buying a car at Springfield Acura. Loraine set me up for a meeting at a particular time. On arrival, Loraine promptly introduced us to Jonathan, who would help us with our needs. Jonathan comes across as a very honest and patient sales person. During our test rides (checked 2 cars), Jonathan provided technical information about the cars. He listened patiently to understand our needs. Didn't rush us through our test rides. At every stage he asked our thoughts and gave us space and time to decide a few things for ourselves. After the sale, Jonathan spend time with us to explain different details of the car. Jonathan's manager-Fabio seems a very dynamic guy and duo seem to complement each other very well. Jonathan, Fabio,Loraine all come across as customer friendly professionals. I hope that when the time comes for servicing, my experience would be equally good. More
