Dishonest No integrity car dealership I paid $3k deposit and signed a contract with all my information left behind after 4 hours spent at the store. After three day's waiting, I was told t I paid $3k deposit and signed a contract with all my information left behind after 4 hours spent at the store. After three day's waiting, I was told that the car had a title issue from the previous owner so they could not sell it to me. And also on the following day the sales manager said " it is not a title issue. It is an odometer reading issue. The mileage is 50k instead of 30k..." Such a liar! They have no respect no integrity. So disappointing. I would give negative star if there is a rating like that. More

Jake Tuchman has been extremely helpful on both of my visits to Springfield Acura. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He definitely goes all out to do whatever it takes to help you. Worst service ever experinced What a hassle what a problem. The sales team has no respect at all. Me and my friend that bought the car we pushed from one sales agent to another. They promised the car was there and when deal was done car wasn't. They messed up on the social and now having issues to even make my car payment. Absolute worst. The finance guy was so pushy even after saying several times I don't want the extra insurance. I will never go back and warn people about this place More
Horrid! IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD! 100% absolutely the worst buying experience in my life and this would have been my 16th purchase over 30 IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD! 100% absolutely the worst buying experience in my life and this would have been my 16th purchase over 30 years! Bought a 2015 SS Camaro convertible here on 4/2/2016. Returned the car to this "dealer" two weeks later. I found out through suspicion, research, Chevrolet dealer and an independent estimate that the vehicle was involved in a major front end collision. The estimate to fix what had been "fixed" was $5,500! The most important finding was the frame of the car was bent from the first collision and never repaired, so the car was a ticking time bomb if it was in another accident! We ran three VHR's through Carfax, Autocheck and vehiclehistory.com. All reports came back clean, no accidents. The dealer claimed they "had no idea" that the car was in an accident! xxxxxxxx! Any car dealer buying cars from auction has an obligation to inspect the vehicle both professionally and independently to assure the vehicle they're selling is as advertised, no matter what the car history reports say! Found out when the car was in the accident, the owner at that time paid for damage repairs out of pocket, so the accident would never show on a VHR! The dealership reluctantly took the car back and offered us first dibs on two more of the exact model, but with 3X as many miles as the original car. The original car had 6,300 miles on it, the other two "new" ones, 17K and 19K. The original car was $34,995, talked them down to $33,995. They offered me either of the two other ones at $32,440. So, for 6 hours of driving, tolls, gas, inspections, estimates, countless emails, countless phone calls, complete and utter aggravation and most importantly, possibly endangering the lives of me and my family had that car been hit in the same manner and one of us being killed, they offered me $1,555 off. are you xxx kidding me??? If I was twenty years younger, I would've been going to jail! DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR, DON'T EVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE FOR AS LONG AS YOU LIVE! More

Purchased an Acura TLX Advanced I was very skeptical about my visit as I was dead set on purchasing a certified pre owned vehicle. Upon my visit I along with my girlfriend were immed I was very skeptical about my visit as I was dead set on purchasing a certified pre owned vehicle. Upon my visit I along with my girlfriend were immediately approached by Isaiah Strickland. I was extremely stern and stubborn about what I wanted. He on the other hand was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He immediately offered us a test drive and once I drove the car I was 100% convinced on what I wanted. We went back to the showroom and discussed options and he was very open to selling me a certified pre owned vehicle and we also discussed new car prices but I was not interested. Anyway, after a few days Isaiah called me with offers but again I wasn't sold and then a week later he gave me an offer I couldn't refuse. At the time I was negotiating with 4 other Acura dealers but Isaiah earned my business by doing his homework and it paid off. Isaiah presented me a list of vehicles to choose from and I ended up driving away with a brand new Acura TLX Advanced Package at my price. He was by far the best salesperson I ever dealt with and I look forward to doing business with him again in the future. Thanks Isaiah Strickland I honestly couldn't be happier. More

There is an Acura dealership near me, but I never liked their operation, and thus I drove 30 miles out of the way to come to Springfield Acura. My sales person was Anthony Bruce, and Anthony was very professional in greeting me, showing me the car, and answering all of my questions. From there, we both were very transparent with our goals, and we were able to agree on a price that worked for everyone, after all, dealerships are not in the business to lose money, so as consumers we have to be realistic. The entire purchasing process was made very easy all due to Anthony. After the purchase, Anthony followed up with me to make sure everything is okay, and I would recommend Anthony to anyone that is looking to get an Acura. In fact, I would recommend Acura as the luxury car of choice all due to Springfield Acura and Anthony Bruce. More
